The cashier, Donna, who helped me on March 15, 2025 went the extra mile. I hadn't activated my new Kohl's card so she used my old card anyway. She personally wrote the number down for me so that I could activate my new card. She was gracious and kind, and didn't make me feel like a bother, even though I know I was!

Used the self pickup of an on line order. Staff helped me and showed me on how easy it is to use. This appears the best way to avoid some of the long lines.

As a Canadian, I enjoy shopping in the U.S., but I often notice how rude some people can be, even toward staff. However, my experience at Kohl’s was fantastic. The prices were great, and the service was excellent. I initially had trouble navigating the store, but a staff member who was tidying up kindly redirected me. Despite the long checkout line, it moved very quickly, and I was assisted by a young man, Josh or Joe, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be returning soon!
