Went to the store with my wife son and grandkids. I left my son with my grandkids in the kids department while my wife and I look at women’s and men’s. After we purchased my son told me two female associates followed him everywhere watching every move he made but never offered assistance. Instead of offering customer service they treated him as a crook.

The associate, Margret was exceptional! She was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable! She warmly greeted us! She made us laugh as she looked up our accounts! She kept the atmosphere enjoyable! She was very quick, and efficient! It was such a pleasant and refreshing experience!! Margret is an outstanding associate!!!

Kohl's coupons used to be able to be used on almost all of their merchandise. Suddenly that seems to have changed. I recently shopped and purchased five items. Only one of them was I able to use my customer appreciation coupon on. Very disappointing. I remember this happening with Macy's and now unfortunately it looks like Kohl's have begun the same policy, whatever that policy is because I did not see anything posted!!

Employees couldn't be bothered to look up from their phones and end their chattering to ring up my sale. I had a question about the coupon and a manager never came to help, so I left without making a purchase. Probably the worst customer experience I've ever had at Kohl's. I will not return.

Kohl's has really become a ghost town of a store, just like many stores in the area, such a shame. However, perhaps Kohl's could just lower their prices to normal instead of constantly having to have percentages off and give Kohl's cash for purchases. Lower prices may bring customers back to the store instead of shopping online where we can find the same things for less!

I am so glad that we still have these brick-and-mortar shopping stores. Please support them, as it is vital. It is so important to see, touch and feel your items BEFORE purchase. I hate on-line shopping for those reasons, and let's not forget returns!

If you pick up in store you may have to use sel service which is in the back of the store. Be sure to do all your checking in at the front of the store or you'll be walking back and forth
