Dr. Redder is truly a godsend. I’m beyond grateful for her and the whole staff at Killewald. My 4m old golden doodle ate a sock and after spending hours at the Emergency vet down the road (1/14/24) I was being told my dog will die if I don’t get the sock out of him and nothing other than surgery could help, except it was a Sunday and a holiday weekend so I didn’t have access to 10k cash. I had to wait overnight and I called Killewald at 7:01am (1/15/24) and begged them to help. They were so kind, helpful, and reassuring. They said they can get my pup in for surgery at 8am. We were there and my puppy was acting like a puppy again, so we did more X-rays and turned out the sock had moved. Dr. Redder was so amazing and removed the sock and within hours my pup was able to come back home. I couldn’t be more grateful for the staff being so supportive and understand. They will truly do what’s best for your pet at all times. Thank you so much ?❣️

When I had my first dog killewald was a good vet. But now it’s been bad for years and my family and anyone I know will never return now. For starters, they kept my dog for an entire day and did nothing to help her after she wasn’t eating for almost a week and all they did was pump fluids into her veins and they said they were taking an ultrasound of her stomach to look for a blockage, come to find out at the new vet they only took an ultrasound of her bladder which they did not tell me. Bladder was never the problem. When I went to pick up my dog I asked the woman what was going on and extremely rudely she said “uhhh I can go ask the doctor?” Like yeah dude I need to know what’s going on sorry you have to walk sooooo far. After clearly not really knowing what was wrong with her they told me that she had an inflamed G.I. tract which was just pulled out of the doctors you know what because they clearly didn’t know what was wrong. Turns out her gallbladder is inflamed and backed up green acres took an ultrasound of her entire stomach and found it quickly which seems like an obvious thing to check to me. And on top of that my dog has had a growth on her back end for years and killewald did no testing and wrote it off as a SKIN TAG and my girl is now gonna be tested for cancer because the GOOD not evil doctor told us that if it is cancerous it can spread through her whole body, they’re very concerned about it. Not to mention we’re now paying off $1,300 for you unprofessional, so called vets to misdiagnose my dog. Might honestly have to contact a lawyer for this one.

My dog had an upset stomach ( vomiting a couple times) My wife took him in for an evaluation.Just under $800.00 for every test they could come up with. These people have no mercy when making up their invoices.Beware… they change for EVERY action they take. I’m amazed they didn’t hit us up for parking. Not happy.

I called to set an appointment with my dog. The lady wanted to charge me a $107. Non-refundable for a consultation due to an issue. That's been addressed on my dog for the last 3 and a 1/2 years. She hung up on me several times would not give me the doctor's name on-site and absolutely refused to help.. If you can't be cordial to your customers. Why the hell would I bring my dog there?

This vet is out of the way for me, but they have always, always shown me the upmost compassion, respect and professionalism that alot of other vets are missing. I have four pets and they have all been here. I have never had an issue with billing, care, or anything else in over 15 years.

If I could 0 star I would. Our dog went here for a year, a YEAR! He was uncooperative in getting his nails cut, so THEY PINNED HIM AND CHARGED US MORE MONEY FOR IT!? So my wife and I have gone to a new vet and we now rightfully call this place kill-your-dog. Don't go here because the vets don't know what they are doing.

The staff and facilities are absolutely wonderful here. They're very knowledgeable and sweet with my pup. By the time the dog's appointment is over, he doesn't want to leave because of all the love and attention he gets here. Very welcoming, professional and overall great veterinarian office! Highly recommend!

Misdiagnosed my dog, said it was arthritis, turned out to be bone cancer that the emergency vet spotted right away. Later they called to ask us to buy medicine from them. I thought that was very inappropriate, would never take another pet here again. "Kill-em-all" indeed.

Even though they are not my regular vets they have always been so helpful and willing to see my babies when my regular vet can’t. I really need to switch over to them.

very friendly and knowledgeable. I left a voicemail on Sunday, they called me back on Monday, and I had an appointment for Tuesday. I feel confident with my cats in their care :)
