Neil Gablenz was amazing. Courteous kind thoughtful attentive need I continue? Everyone there was so nice. They made me feel special like I was the only customer they had. I have been going to Jared on Niagara Falls Blvd. Amherst NY for years and will continue to do so.

I went to Jared looking for a gold chain to give my husband for his birthday and Neil was so helpful! He took the time to get to know what I was looking for and made sure I saw all the options before making a decision. It was the perfect gift because my husband loves his necklace and never takes it off!

I came in because the clasp on my necklace was broken. I spoke to Alyssa on the phone who recommended I come in so she can take a look, she proceeded to help and greet me pleasantly as I entered the door. Alyssa Pizzuti, then helped fixed the clasp on my necklace and gave me an amazing experience along with efficiency. I am very grateful for her and will definitely be returning the next time I may need a jewelers help! She’s fantastic!

Wonderful experience. The entire staff is so personable and professional. We typically work with Neal. He always makes us feel welcome, never rushed. He helps us find exactly what we're looking for and points us in the right direction when we're not sure what we're looking for. This Jared location was the jeweler my wife and I chose for our wedding and now they're our jeweler for life. Thanks Jared!

My husband and I went to Jared's today to get my wedding band resized, and as usual with us, we ended up walking out with 2 other purchases. Peter is the Best! We couldn't be happier with the service and expertise Peter provided us. Right away he welcomed us in and treated us with respect and attention. Originally we had a limited budget and he directed us to many options within our range and we found what we liked. Shortly after we were able to upgrade and once again he wowed us with the perfect ring. Peter was very attentive to all of us, even our 2 young children. You can tell when someone is just a salesman and is trying to push things on you, but Peter was not like that. He never tried to "upsell" or force us beyond our comfort zone. We felt very at home here and ended up spending a good amount of money solely because of Peter. I hope someone sees this and realizes what they have in him as an employee. He deserves recognition. Thank you so much, Peter. W cant wait to see you soon for more!

I received a beautiful ring for my birthday and had to go in to get it sized. Neil is amazing. His level of customer service is off the charts, but what I loved most about him is how genuinely excited he was about the significance of the gift. He was happy to celebrate the joy of our love with us and has such a warm and engaging personality. We will be bringing all of our future business to him!

I prejudged Jared's... I was wrong! My husband and I worked with Peter Soemann. He was absolutely first class! He listened to every word I said and found us the piece of my dreams! I was so impressed with the service and the quality of jewelry we received! They will be my jeweler from now on!

The employees at Jared made my special day amazing! Long story short, my fiancé purchased an engagement ring for me from a different jewelry store and we took it into Jared to be tested due to suspicions that it wasn’t real. They confirmed it was in fact fake.. My fiancé was devastated. Marcy, Neil and Alyssa were so very understanding and compassionate about our situation, explained they had options for us even with our very strict budget. Fortunately we were able to get our money back for the fake ring and went right back to Jared, where Marcy, Neil and Alyssa already had some rings ready for us to look at in our budget. We found a ring that we loved and they even gave us a generous discount to be able to afford it. The customer service at Jared’s on Niagara Falls Blvd. is truly amazing! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a ring even if you have a strict budget. They made us feel like we belonged there and I couldn’t have asked for anything more! Thank you Marcy, Alyssa and Neil for being amazing!

I don't typically post poor reviews, but I feel like my recent interactions with staff member Marcy warrants a response. All of my interactions with staff have been pleasant up until recently. I purchased my wedding band several months ago, at the time of purchase I was advised to bring both band and ring in prior to my wedding for rhodium plating so that both rings shined beautifully for my big day, so I did just that. This week I took both rings in and made the request, Marcy appeared annoyed right from the start. She told me I was informed wrong, I asked for the sake of having everything perfect on my wedding day, please just send them in together for the service requested. With attitude she put in for the service, however Marcy most likely believed I wouldn't catch the fact that she decided to make the decision to just send the ring for cleaning. So I have two customer receipts, one says service for rhodium cleaning and the service request for the second was polish and clean. When I brought this to her attention, I asked her to please correct it, to make a memo in the system that both rings are to be rhodium platted. Her solution was to hand write "rhodium" on my printed copy. I had to then ask her to recreate the service so that the customer receipt properly indicated the service I had requested. She was very unpleasant through the entire process, and tried to decieve me. I called the store the next day to make a formal complaint, she answered reporting she was the manager- not sure how true this is. My reason for this post is to alert other shoppers to this negative interaction, so that you may avoid having the same experience.
