I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels in my life but I’m not a points member with Hyatt so I’ve never stayed at a Hyatt before. Likely I never will again. I’ve never smelled worse smells in a building ever. The person at the front desk was really nice I got a few free drinks. Unfortunately I didnt drink them because when you took the cap off of the drinks you physically could smell the building on the rim of the bottles. The couch was completely stained. The sheets smelled. When you look at the bottom paneling of the bed I was concerned there might be something in the bed/on the bed etc.. I won’t state what I think it could be because I’m hoping it’s not. The fact that this hotel is in the location it’s in and next to some amazing restaurants I was totally caught off guard by the state of my room and how things looked in general. Very disappointed.
Rooms: Terrible.

The main reason I like this hotel brand is their complimentary breakfast is amazing. However, I am very disappointed in this location. They provide medium size paper plates and only a few mediocre food choices. The quality of food, I would say better than nothing.

Good location, moderate price, fantastic service and UNBELIEVABLE hot breakfast bar.
After COVID, most hotels stopped with having much available for breakfast, so I forgot how much I missed this amenity. The variety is seriously impressive. Home fries, waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage links, cut fruit, macerated berries, yogurt, raisin bread, danishes, bagels, oatmeal, orange juice... I could go on.
David, the night shift clerk, is wonderful.
Yes, you could spend more elsewhere, but this location is swinging for the fences and was a big hit from with us.
Food and drinks: An extremely well stocked hot breakfast bar. Small selection of cookies and candy bars available at front counter.

Comfortable stay with spacious rooms and the added bonus of free parking. The staff is friendly and professional, making the overall experience pleasant. However, the hotel could benefit from updating the carpets, as there was an unpleasant odor in some areas. Another downside was the policy allowing pets in the rooms; during our stay, there was a dog barking loudly in one of the rooms, which was quite disruptive. Despite these issues, the hotel’s location and overall service make it a solid choice, and I would consider staying here again.

Enjoyed our stay. Very nice and updated decor. The bathroom door looks very nice but functionally not the best as it is very heavy and the sliding feature made it hard for my kids to maneuver. The AC wasn't the best in the room either but not terrible. Breakfast was decent a lot of bread options.

Hotel has the typical newer Hyatt Place rooms. Hotel looked brand new and very clean.
