This office is absolutely incompetent. I had a 4 PM appointment, but decided to leave my papers there and they would call me since it was a very simple return. I was assured on three occasions that they would finish my taxes that day. But no one ever called me or did my taxes. When I called the main number the next day, they had no record of me, the people at the office took 15 minutes to come to the front door and another 15 minutes to find my papers. Then they tried to tell me they didn’t get to me because I was a walk in, which I was not. Then they said they were working on it right now – which is garbage, they couldn’t even find where the return for about 15 minutes. Do not ever go to this office.

My husband and I have pretty straight forward taxes with the addition of some PFL and DBL from having a baby that had 2 separate sheets of info - not difficult. The only reason we didn’t do it ourselves is because it was our first year filing jointly and had a new little one. It took H&R block 2.5 hours to do our taxes - so slow! AND they charged us 650$- which is basically robbery. I have gone to H&R for the past 5 years and never had an experience like this so they must have changed some prices or we were taken advantage of - Go somewhere else!

Worst experience of my life!! Got a woman that didn't speak English last year, had them re done in williamsville by an excellent tax pro, he promised to do my taxes this year, however he wasn't at the promised location, when I called this location the secretary would not give me her name and hung up on me 5 times. All I got from her was they were to busy to honer my appointment.
