5020 Main St, Amherst“Good location, moderate price, fantastic service and UNBELIEVABLE hot breakfast bar.
After COVID, most hotels stopped with having much available for breakfast, so I forgot how much I missed this amenity. The variety is seriously impressive. Home fries, waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage links, cut fruit, macerated berries, yogurt, raisin bread, danishes, bagels, oatmeal, orange juice... I could go on.
David, the night shift clerk, is wonderful.
Yes, you could spend more elsewhere, but this location is swinging for the fences and was a big hit from with us.
Food and drinks: An extremely well stocked hot breakfast bar. Small selection of cookies and candy bars available at front counter.”

“Our daughter has a respiratory condition and found the room very stuffy and humid even after running the ac unit for 6 hours. I presume that the ac unit was not working properly. the gentleman the front desk was willing to change our room but there were none available. I am sure they will fix the problem in the near future.”

3820 Ridge Lea Rd, Amherst“Despite there being loud hockey tournament families running up and down the hallways, playing hockey, and shouting, the staff really did their very best to contain the party atmosphere to the lounge. Eventually, just before midnight, things quieted down only for the loud banging and thumping to begin again at 6:30 a.m. The room was decently clean, the sheets are white and have yellow spots (my pillowcase had been burned in the laundry), and it's a pleasant atmosphere. The staff shouting during breakfast was jarring. Our room door would not close unless forced, which I forgot to tell the front desk staff due to the chaos. The hotel is nicely situated next to the 290 and major shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was really well done with plenty of selection but kind of a strange layout for eating. Plenty of parking.”

4400 Maple Rd, Amherst“Had to book this hotel last moment after my original hotel I had booked turned out to be a nightmare. The hotel clerk was great and the room was clean. No complaints”
“Would definitely give a better review however the upper two floors were being renovated. They had water dripping from the ceiling and tarps along the hallway which made it extremely difficult and dangerous to walk an almost impossible to push a luggage cart.”
“This place drew me in, as I was walking by on the sidewalk. Although I was seeking a single night in a more “ordinary” hotel, the exquisite lobby, outdoor charm, and professional staff convinced me, this is my home for the evening. The intriguing decor with so much beautiful art work, cleanliness, and atmosphere overall is so refreshing. Although a little pricey for my budget, staying at Reikart added a nice touch to my vacation in Buffalo N.Y. It was well worth it.”
