“I was in Michael's today on 9/14 at the Amherst location . I met Danielle in the Framing dept . I needed my oil painting re-wired and she did a great job . I also needed to select some paint, to spray the frame on the painting . Danielle was very helpful and gave many suggestions . It was a pleasure to work with her on color suggestions for the frame She made everything very easy Thank you , Michele B”
“I didn’t catch the manager’s name, but he was working all alone on Christmas Eve, and he was a rockstar. He dealt with the stupidest questions from the most clueless customer base imaginable and he never lost his good humor. I asked him how he drew the short straw, and he just shrugged it off and said “I couldn’t ask my employees to work open to close alone, but I know I can handle it”, and he was. I don’t know how GameStop promotes from within, but don’t lose this guy.”

“I could boast about Michael’s all day. This is the most convenient location for me, this one can admittedly be a bit crowded in the center isles but it certainly never stops me. Always find what I’m looking for and self checkout is a bonus”
