Customers appreciate services like getting glass cut, screens repaired, and storm windows fixed, noting it is not like big box stores where you can't find help.

Bob is a top notch customer service associate. He was very patient and professional helping me get a part for my weed trimmer that I couldn't find at ANY other store. Super great guy!!!
