Tried 3 times to have them install a screen protector on my phone, just to have 3 screen protectors replaced after they were completely ruined. Then I tried to have my laptop repaired, and I'M A TOTALTECH MEMBER, so I was hoping I'd get some actual customer care, well that was extremely misplaced hope. They will fail at everything they do.

Outrageously expensive, and try to tell me what was wrong with my phone without even seeing it. And then quoting me a price of $160 some dollars.

Website promotes back glass repair as $29 with apple care+ and I had it but when i rushed there for an appointment, the woman said it was over $100 and that there was nothing they could do. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone

The store has a great variety and knowledgeable employees. The only thing that bothers me is when you call to set up an appointment and they tell you, you are covered under the protection plan. Really you are not! Once you get there the people are like no this isn't covered. You wasted your time and their time. It's very frustrating! Not to mention nothing is basically covered under that plan!

After purchasing a screen protector for my phone I wanted some assistance getting it put on right. After waiting for 25 minutes I get back a phone screen full of bubbles and later even notice in one part the protector looks like it's starting to tear. Horrible job that took forever. Really messed it up, it looks like a lava lamp it has so many bubbles, so messed up. They can't do a simple job.

Terrible service. Told my phone screen could not be fixed. Took it down the street to a phone repair shop and currently typing this on my new screen. Lazy staff did not want to do the job.

Just wanted to say how extremely helpful Steve and Victor were today while installing my new TV. Did not leave until I was able “ to prove” I was able to manage all the controls. Being a “senior citizen” I appreciated the patience and polite attitudes.Eileen Murphy

Order TV on line yesterday and today we picked up as instructed. Today was in line for curbside pick up and it was not organized. We sat in line at curbside and it was about 15 minutes before some one came to car and asked about our order and people behind were getting their orders. I’m in favor of curbside pick up but it should be organized and the people who are working curbside could be a little pleasant.Very disappointed in Best Buy.Laurie Lawler.
