I had the pleasure of collaborating with Mena at Ethan Allen recently. Mena was incredibly knowledgeable about the furniture and services offered and could answer all my questions clearly and concisely. She was very patient and understanding and never pressured me into making a decision I wasn't comfortable with. Ultimately, Mena helped me find the perfect furniture for my needs, and I am thrilled with my purchase. Additionally, before the purchase, she came to my home to help me decide which pieces I needed, and after my purchase, she helped me place my pieces. I highly recommend Mena to anyone looking for a top-notch sales experience.

Great service and provides excellent detail and opinions on how to achieve the best look for all rooms in our house. Very patient and understanding. Movers were very courteous of our light colored couches and even washed their hands several times to not stain the furniture. Our Sales person Peter assisted the movers and made sure everything was perfect. Just a class company with class service and delivery.

We were working with Peter to redesign our front living room. We wanted the room to have a "sitting room" feel as we already have a main living room. I told Peter what I had in mind, and he nailed it! The room is perfect for what we are using it for. We are truly very happy with the results. We will be working with Peter again in the future for all our design needs. He truly has an eye for design! Fabulous job!

After moving our eldest out into his first apartment we had the opportunity to reclaim and repurpose his bedroom! (Bittersweet)
We decided a new guest room/office would be best and though we had ideas, it was difficult to land on a solution we both agreed on. Thankfully, we met Lori Brennan and she was able to help put both our ideas in motion.
Lori’s attention to detail complimented the way we live in our home, our style and our desire to make sure our overnight guests were comfortable. All our questions and doubts were answered (no more bickering)! The technology used to help us visualize what our room would look like when completed really made the difference and reassured us that all our boxes were checked. We couldn’t be happier!
Our advice - just start with Lori. Everything just falls into place after that.

I had been looking for new furniture for a few weeks with no success. I decided to stop in at Ethan Allen just to get some ideas. I met Charlene when I entered the store and she made me feel at ease and welcomed. As we talked she told me they offered a free in home design service. So I made an appointment and today I saw the finished design. I was in absolute awe. I was able to customize my furniture to my vision. I am so glad I stopped in "just to look". I placed my order with confidence and am looking forward to my brand new living room.
