I had a car transported from Orlando to Rochester NY. The car was picked up on Friday September 27. Was told the vehicle would be 48-72 hrs to delivery. I called on Tues Oct.1 to inquire to ETA and was hung up on by Kim. Spoke with Erin the owner about her customer service ro no avail. When running any type of service, communication is key. I don't recommend their transport service. These people are very rude. Still don't know when my vehicle will arrive. So here's an update from my previous review. After seeing my review the owner Erin called me screaming because of my negative review and threatened to have me vehicle transported back to Buffalo after o received a call that it would be an hour. Yelling he knows his rights he has 29 days to deliver. Needless to say I'll be sending a complaint to BBB. Also will be heading to Buffalo myself to pick up my vehicle. Take this review as waring of dealing with people that's evil in nature.

I had a great experience with Erin and Bill's. They transported my car from West Seneca, NY to North Port, FL. The driver stayed in contact with me throughout the drive coordinating with the delivery of my vehicle. He has an amazing sense of humor and easy to talk to. He didn't try mansplaining things lol. I wish I remembered his name but I highly recommed and will definitely use Erin and Bill's in the future.

It took 10 days to get my car from Florida. Kim, the dispatcher, never called me to tell what was going on. I found out from the driver, who was the only nice person at this business. When I asked for a discount off the price, the owner got nasty. He said he lost money too and that he still had to make the truck payment. I would never recommend using this transport company.

Erin and Bill’s was recommended on Nextdoor so we hired them to transport our car to and from Florida. I highly recommend them. They are professional, dependable, and friendly. Excellent service.

Do not use this company.They got damaged my car and they told that is my problem and i should fix this problem and his insurance won't help us. It's cost me 7k$.

I contracted with this broker to transport my car. 2022 Subaru Crosstrek Sport. Paid them $2,000 for their services. My car ended up getting stolen by the carrier. Now the broker says it's not their problem. And the carrier company they contracted with no longer exists. And now I'm without a car and without $2,000.

I am from Massachusetts and had my car stolen while on vacation up in Niagara Falls NY. My car was recovered in Buffalo, and not in drivable condition.Anyways, long story short. These people were the only ones willing to help me transport my car back to Massachusetts. Got my car back safely to me. Happy they were available to help me.This happened about a year ago, but still greatly appreciate the service!
