if zero stars was an option, that's what they would get, and that would still be too high ! DO NOT GO HERE!! Broke studs off new wheel hubs, didn't do the work asked and overcharged for everything. AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Terrible terrible service and had car 7 hours to only change tires. Overbooked even though I had appointment a week in advance.

These guys are really rock as the name represents their company I went on Tuesday for a headlight plastic cover issue met with one of the nice employees They assisted me and I told them the issue and went today and they took me in and had the cover taken out and installed it.
Very professional and a good place to take your vehicle.

Took my car in for a wheel Alignment I was told that my tie rods were “stuck” and needed to be replaced, apparently they overused a torch in attempt to get loose but as my outside mechanic explained they used too much heat and melted the thread, that’s why they need to be replaced in addition we found that they burned the boot around my axle. They didn’t tell me about that at Dunn. I Told them before they proceeded on that first day I wanted my mechanic’s opinion. Glad I did. I don’t recommend to do mechanical repair at Dunn. They should stick to services tires only.

Had a nail in my tire and the team at Dunn Tore took care of it for me. Kelly at the desk was amazing and the group in back had everything done well ahead of when I expected compared to other auto shops.

Dunn tire is my favorite auto service to go too. I've with them for over 15 years. They do good knowledgeable work, there staff, Danny, Carl, others there (sheidan drive) are very respectful and as a veteran I appreciate that. Numerous times they work with my budget, and no matter how busy they are, there organized and give individual attention. They make sure my car is safe, my impala and now kia auto is in good hands with them.
I highly recommend dunn tire, wouldn't have it any other way.

I arrived without an appointment with my tire down to the rim and they gladly checked me in. I waited in their clean comfortable waiting room for about twenty minutes. Someone came back to report that the nail I had in my tire was in a spot that couldn’t be repaired and I would have to get a new tire. It was a special order and they received it within a few days as promised. They kept my car inside at night which made me very happy. Replaced the tire and even gave me a discount for the inconvenience of waiting a few days. I have gone to Dunn Tire in the past and will certainly come back again.
