hours are incorrect the pharmacy is closed between 1 and 2 for lunch. makes ni sense for a franchise pharmacy should be open during normal business hours. Hire more pharmacists.

when i go here it's usually a 15-45 minute wait for seeing someone at the pharmacy. then if i try to call ahead to ensure that everything is in order it's a game of phone tag since CVS has made it so that you cannot get into contact with the pharmacy directly. you leave a voicemail first and then they get back to you hopefully the same day, sometimes not at all.

Went in to get a passport photo for an appointment early in the morning, in and out. Dan was amazing and was so kind. He knew exactly what he was doing and the process was breezy.

Terrible...I have COPD and asthma. I have now been without my emergency inhaler for 4 days. They do not have inhaler in stock - same problem last month. I called it in on Sunday, recording said it would be ready at 5pm, then I get a text saying out of stock. Next day I call to check status, again get recording it will be ready at 5. When I didn't receive text that it was ready, I called and was told they still didn't get it in. I called again Tuesday - same thing and was told they would submit a request so they would have it today. Guess what???? They don't have it still. If I end up in emergency care, I am sending them the bill. This is ridiculous. I have been on same prescription for years and years and they have always had it in stock. Don't care about their customers health apparently.

Worst pharmacy ever. I’ve gone there three different times. First time there was a car accident in the drive through. The wait times have been over a half hour each time I’ve gone. Also the one pharmacist was mad when they had the wrong address. She told me it take a while for her to change it in her system. She made a fit about it and acted like it was the end of the world and I wouldn’t be able to get my medicine because of it. It ended up taking gaming her two minutes to change in the computer. Do not go here.

So everyone is short staffed so take a breather kids...I went to CVS to pick up some Perscriptions, I called around 745 and asked of I could Pick them up before work around 8:45. If it weren't for the 2 people Manning the pharmacy counter the pharmacy would have been closed.
The girl who rang me out was obviously out of place and didn't know her way around but not ONCE did that affect her service.
With the phones ringing and the line piling up I myself would have overdosed on anxiety....not this gal, she didn't bat an eye. I love stuff like this, I hope she crushed it today, I really do.
Anyway, I love CVS, now even more so, please give her a Christmas bonus or promote her to training manager....she'll KILL IT.

I always try calling them because I don't live near this pharmacy and everytime I call they say they're busy helping in store customers. Okay but what about people who don't live near there and can't stop in store. Like what if someone needs a refill on a drug that's life or death and can't stop in? I'm sorry but that's ridiculous.

If I could give zero stars I would.This is the worse pharmacy I ever had to deal with. You are playing with people lives. I called for my BP meds over a week ago and still don’t have them. I’m now 6 days without my medication. My mother tried getting her cholesterol medication, waited 30 days and still nothing. Switched her to wegmans. She got it the next day. They need to get it together or get new staff!!!!

CVS Pharmacy at the 2000 Kensington location is beyond terrible. They're customer service is terrible. The worst is their inability to fill prescriptions.

The pharmacy has truly gone downhill .. Every-time I go in there the employees are complaining about their jobs, being understaffed and impatient customers. Nothing is getting filled on time… literally takes days to get a refill that would only take hours before… also, when I call I get hung up on.

This CVS is disgusting. It's dirty with garbage everywhere inside and out. It's near impossible to get a prescription refilled. Zero communication. Don't call during the hours of 12-3 because you'll sit on hold for 20 mins just to hear them pick up then hang up, ironically right when they put their message on that they are out to lunch. They don't fill your scripts or hold them for multiple different reasons (which you'll hear 5 different explanations just for one single scenario none of which are accurate). This place is a joke and a circus. A garbage dump of a business.
