Been using this Pharmacy for years, and the quality has gone down hill. Wait times to get RX's filled is way too long. Just switched too Walgreens, we'll see if they're any better.

First time there as a pharmacy client. Just asked my name and bday and rang me up for medicine without ever asking about my insurance. Then had to re-count and go through the whole transaction nonsense and signing for it over again. After my insurance supposedly requires the recount and use of a different manufacturer. Probably a lesser one that's mostly placebo just because I have an HMO.

This CVS store on Harlem near the Sheridan in Amherst, had everything I was looking for, and the staff was terrific. The clerk, Allison, was very personable and helpful. She worked hard the whole time I was shopping. All of my coupons worked correctly and I was able to find everything I needed.

Don't even try calling the Pharmacy. Waited 45+ mins on hold then they hung up because they were closing.

I switched my pharmacy. CVS is very slow and unorganized. Always a problem every time I try to pick up my refill.

Been waiting on hold as of now for 20+ minutes which is excessive. They seem slow even in the store. I will probably change stores. I have no issues about waiting in lines, that's just life, but over 20 min for a call?Nope, called four times, nobody answers.

They seem to get distracted easily here. It took till 7:20 for me to get out the door. My apomint was at 7:00 and I was 10min early.

I ran into a problem at CVS today with a older gentleman who was working the register he made a mistake and my doordash pickup got all messed up and I had to pay out of pocket but it was not intentional he was very helpful and even helped me find the items I needed for the doordash order he is a very nice guy and I did get reimbursed from doordash for the cost of the order no big deal.

I drove out of my way to the CVS for a freebie on my CVS card that was out of stock at my local CVS. It was out of stock here but Rob was a great help! He gave me the option to try another location or sign up for the care pass and have it mailed for free. He explained many of the benefits of the care pass, as well as my option to cancel if I don't need it once my trial is ending. The carepass came with a $10 reward for signing up so I browsed half of the store. They had more things than my local CVS and it was very clean/organized. With my $10 coupon and some other promotions, I spent less than $2 and got 8 packs of floss and 150 pack of floss picks that my son prefers to use. Rob was so friendly and helpful/knowledgeable and the store was so nice I was surprised to come here and see the low overall rating. It was a great shopping experience in my book!
