Terrible...I have COPD and asthma. I have now been without my emergency inhaler for 4 days. They do not have inhaler in stock - same problem last month. I called it in on Sunday, recording said it would be ready at 5pm, then I get a text saying out of stock. Next day I call to check status, again get recording it will be ready at 5. When I didn't receive text that it was ready, I called and was told they still didn't get it in. I called again Tuesday - same thing and was told they would submit a request so they would have it today. Guess what???? They don't have it still. If I end up in emergency care, I am sending them the bill. This is ridiculous. I have been on same prescription for years and years and they have always had it in stock. Don't care about their customers health apparently.

CVS Pharmacy at the 2000 Kensington location is beyond terrible. They're customer service is terrible. The worst is their inability to fill prescriptions.

This CVS is disgusting. It's dirty with garbage everywhere inside and out. It's near impossible to get a prescription refilled. Zero communication. Don't call during the hours of 12-3 because you'll sit on hold for 20 mins just to hear them pick up then hang up, ironically right when they put their message on that they are out to lunch. They don't fill your scripts or hold them for multiple different reasons (which you'll hear 5 different explanations just for one single scenario none of which are accurate). This place is a joke and a circus. A garbage dump of a business.

The staff at the CVS pharmacy is always very helpful they always smile Cvs should be very appreciative they have great employees like that at this high-volume location

Waiting over 24 hours 3 TIMES for prescriptions to be filled on 3 different occasions is unacceptable. Time to switch.

This is the CVS closest to me that I normally order my refills at and this time the experience was not that great after 5 days I decided to call them back to see if my scripts were ready and they were not it took a couple more days and yesterday I decided to go there and pick up the scripts I'll figure after over a week they should be done and when I got there they still did not have all of my medicine ready I am very disappointed in this store right now that I'm seriously thinking about changing my prescriptions to another store and if I could update my rating to a minus one star that's how I would change it after that customer service and what I had to go through I don't feel that this location deserves any stars

Pharmacy doesn't ever answer their phone, when I went in store to schedule a tdap vaccine they said they were short staffed and gave me a wrong number. There were 5 people working and never answered the phone once while I was in store. I'll gladly go somewhere else.

Always an issue at the pharmacy, thought I would give it another try after transferring scripts a few years back because of service. and once again another issue, first I was told script wasn't sent, had it resent and told pharmacist that I was using a goodrx coupon and would give him the info from the coupon, was told just bring it in, got there and script wasn't even filled to begin with, then was told coupon wouldn't work that they needed more info. Called goodrx while I was there, which any other pharmacy does if there is a problem, but they didn't so I called goodrx customer service. The person wanted to speak with the pharmacist to see what the problem was that it must be the way they were putting info in as coupon was valid, and pharmacist would not take call, I spent 35 minutes trying to get issue resolved and got nowhere with them, I left store without meds and had script sent elsewhere, used coupon with no issues. Hate this store, horrible customer service and extremely high prices.

Pharmacy has no concept of time management. They will tell you it will be completed in an hour and you will get there to them not even pulling it. The last time i was there i was told it would just be 10 minutes and it took over an hour to get my prescription. Pharmacist is very knowledgeable but some staff working the counter are very under trained. The person working the counter couldn't find my script or the persons after me but the pharmacist was able to locate it in roughly two minutes. She was adamant the script was never sent even though they had it for hours.

Came here to get Lindt brand chocolate on sale 2/$5. CVS is the only store I seem to find this particular flavor chocolate at, so when it's on sale I stock up. This store is usually very quiet and the employees are always nice

C.V.S. on Kensington at Harlem is the best. The staff there are awesome. The wait time is less than 15 mins. It's clean, and if you get hungry their is a McDonald's nextdoor. Thank you staff members for your great work.

Never again, here for work,, have them call my Drs. Office for script, then called two days later (27th) for status of request and told it's there but need to be picked up on 28th for insurance coverage, upon arrival they can't find order tell me they haven't spoke with me, after showing call log on phone, im told they ordered to a cvs back home 600 miles away, then New York doesn't allow it to cross state lines,,,,long time cvs customer coming to an end. They have my phone number on file and at any point they could have contacted me, instead they make wait until date of pick up, feel bad for pharmacist there if that's what she deals with.
