“This has been my bank of choice for about 10 years now. Some of the tellers know me by name, it feels really good to walk into a bank and have a sincere conversation with tellers who know and remember you. Michelle is the best employee and it makes my day to see her. I feel safe keeping my money with them, that they won't nickle and dime me, I have never had to argue with a service rep about an overdraft fee. They have even moved money from my savings to my checking when I was about to overdraft to cover my butt. I am writing this review because they just called me to tell me that they found someone attempting fraud on one of my accounts. That is how much attention they pay to protecting their customers. As long as i live in buffalo, i will bank with BSCU.”
“They have incredible in-person customer service. Sadly their online banking is quite lacking. I wish the platform was more updated and better performing. It continues to have issues and won't link with programs like Quicken.”

I went in to open a new account for my mother who was Neely immigrated to the country and did not realize how tedious the procress would be. Bonnie was kind, patient and extremely resourceful while assisting us. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for my mother who is new to the country and already very anxious and u aware of the process. Bonnie left no stone unturned when we ran into hurdles and exhausted all avenues to resolve. Needless to say my mom was able to leave with here new account set up!
