The staff at Comfort Inn University went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Check-in was easy and they were friendly and their hospitality truly made me feel valued as a guest. My room was spacious, clean, and bed was incredibly comfortable. Over all it was a comfortable stay.

Rooms: Rooms were just ok. No working outlets for cell phones. They told me behind the nightstands and he I moved them, I saw lots of dirt and dust. No bugs though!! Very small pillows for a king sized bed. One vending machine was not working at all. The ice dispenser looked dirty. These are the negatives. Breakfast not very good.Some positives: bathroom seemed very clean with a powerful flush. Close to good restaurants. Refrigerator and microwave in each room which was very nice.

I found the overall experience was excellent. My room was very clean and good accomadations for what i needed. The fact that they have free continental breakfast was a plus. I thought the staff there was very helpful to me. I would highly reccomend the Comfort Inn on number 1 Flint Street to everyone.Rooms: My room was very nice and had every thing i needed to be comfortable.Safety: I had a handicap room so my bathroom was perfectly safe for me.

I thought the room was a little pricey for one night. The AC didn’t work and the door didn’t lock in our first room, but they changed it for us. The second room was nice and comfortable. The breakfast was good with many different selections. I would stay there again.

Stains were all over the sheets and on the rugs i think I may have been bitten by bed bugs elevator smells horrible like garbage while the smell of weed is all through the building.Very disappointing this place is not worth a penny!

Five stars for this two star hotel. We had a room with two queens and we were comfortable. The room was clean and well kept. The staff was great and helpful. Good pool and we liked the hot breakfast too.

We've had great service here. The employees have been friendly and accommodating, rooms clean, breakfast fully stocked in the mornings, great location to all the we needed. Would definitely recommend this location! I can't believe it's only a 2-star.

Located at entrance to UB and a short distance from Niagara Falls. Each morning there were more than sufficient options for breakfast.Rooms: Comfortable beds.Nearby activities: Close to shopping areas and the falls

The place is nicely located and is just opposite the University of Buffalo. The rooms are spacious and the staff is also very nice, they take utmost care of their Guests. So I recommend all of you, who are reading this review to do visit this place for your stay in Buffalo.There are many eateries around this place and many super stores too, also there are many Gas stations around you.,Food & drinks: The only thing available here is Breakfast, which is really good with the options of Veg / Non Veg.

These people took 500 dollars from me. i paid for the protection plan in case of an emergency which i ended up having with my sister being hospitalized. i called before check in time to cancel and i was put on hold for 30 minutes then the call hangs up. I call again and they say its non refundable. Expedia and the hotel fail to solve this issue. The general manager is Apparently never there to a surprise. This is unacceptable for a customer to receive such bad service.

Location was good. Price was fair. Staff was rude. 24 hours after snowstorm, you still had to wade through over 6 inches of snow and slush when we stayed. Reminds me why I don't stay at Choice hotels anymore. Spend a few dollars more and stay at the Doubletree across the street.

This is nice affordable place to stay. It’s not a luxury hotel with fancy stuff, but it is nice and updated enough to live in comfort. Staff is super nice and understanding. Room service only upon request which I enjoyed. They also offer FREE BREAKFAST ( 6:30AM - 9:30 AM ) which is your simple stuff. They offer cereal, make your own waffles, bagels, oatmeal, sweet treats and more. Not to mention FREE COFFEE all day any day. I paid $80 a night for 5 nights. BOOK YOUR ROOMS ONLINE ITS CHEAPER AND USE THE REWARDS.
