I've stopped in twice on 2 different days to get a coffee from spot and twice their break sign was up. I'm not saying employees don't deserve breaks but why not schedule coverage? Came on 2 different day and different times of day so I'm just thinking at this point the coffee shop isn't doing well and this sign is up all the time?

I am disturbed that, since the pandemic began, every time I come to Tops store #41, the woman in the Deli does not wear a mask. It is always down around her neck as she cuts meat and prepares food. I have noticed this in other departments like seafood as well. In general the store is mediocre and this does nothing to make me want to buy their food.

Good neighborhood supermarket. I go to Tops on the regular. They typically have what I'm looking for day-to-day.

I don't like the layout, or the feel, of this location inside, it's a bit awkward. The bakery is a good size, but items are scattered too much on many different tables. The quality just doesn't seem to be that great compared to Wegmans across the street, or the selection.

This location is extremely clean and organized everything is easy to find. The staff is helpful I like it here.

Used to be a much better priced grocery store. There are rarely more than 1 or 2 registers open. Prices have risen, sales aren't that great either. Seems that bankruptcy wasnt the answer to this company's issues. There is a lot of grocery competition in the buffalo market. Think it would be better off if they scaled back and stop trying to be more than they are.

I came here looking to buy some Muscle Tops. I mean they're called Tops. So.. yeah. Nope.My humble opinion is that Tops should be a cheap store as opposed to Wegmans being expensive. And also that they should have a microwave in the Cafe like every other Tops (except Williamsville on Main), and every single Wegmans, seems to have. So if you come in here to heat up some food or want to heat something up that you just bought here - good luck with that. Also I remember the international tops used to have a little bit of everything and an actual International aisle - now it seems to have none of all of that and always seem to be out of everything I come here for. Here's my old review of it:This is the massive International Tops on Maple. Speaking of massive, you should see what my Dad was working with. Oh wait, that sounds wrong. Okay forget I said anything, sorry.I was just here about 3 days ago actually. Over the years I've probably been in here 20 times. I used to live nearby. It's an international tops which makes it sound exciting, but each time I go in they see to not have what I'm looking for. I find all Wegmans and Tops to be overpriced so it's hard to give them more than 3 although I occasionally do, but having left here disappointed that they were out of X (you name it) on multiple occasions in the last few years (and the same problem with Tops on Main in Williamsville) then I have to stick with a 2. The reason it doesn't score 1 is because it's clean, big, nice parking lot, and fairly nice employees in my experience.I always liked this Tops, but in retrospect it's not in a great location to get to from other parts of town. Also, even though I remember it having a great international section, I went back recently and it did not compare, even remotely, to the International Aisle of Wegmans. And prices are high and as I say it never has what I need, bizarrely. It always has everything I don't need. Sod's law. So it scores 2. It's still one of the better Tops, though.

One of the older Tops markets that are around. But way better than some of the newer locations they have. Here it's very busy from all the customers that come here, because the location is a prime spot. But they always have more than enough cashier's and quick checkouts to speed things up. I also like that this location is clean and the produce is always fresh. Oh and I can't forget to mention, the customers themselves don't look like the people of Walmart.

Tops in general just hasn't been able to keep up with the other local supermarkets. Once the cream of the crop, this location, sadly, has become a shadow of what it was. Rusty shopping carts, poor selection and unappetizing pre made food has spiraled this store into the gutter. Stopped today with a gift card I received from the holidays. The young man in the deli was able to complete the whole transaction without speaking to me once. No hello, may I help you, thank you or kiss my arse! All I got with my turkey was a blank cold stare. Such customer service. Hopefully I won't receive another card soon so I don't have to waste my time in this supermarket sewer.

Brace yourself. Probably best to sit down. At least lean on a chair. You've been warned ...Generally, I do not like Wegman's."Not like" is a tad harsh. I definitely do not prefer Wegman's for grocery shopping. But there are a few aspects about the Wegman's experience that I simply do not like. I'll save all that for when I write a Wegman's review someday.I'm a Tops girl. We are a rare breed. Wegman's loyalists likely far outnumber us Tops die-hards, for sure. But I'm not switching sides from my long time Tops Friendly Markets allegiance.Maple Tops is closest to our home, so my usual grocery shopping joint. This Tops is usually not very crowded, which I LOVE (compared to the Wegman's mobs). The store is typically well organized, well stocked, and generally clean, with a decent quality produce section.Tops regular prices aren't the best, I realize that, so I docked a star. But their sale prices can be pretty good. When I have time, I make my list according to the online ad, and apply any relevant coupons to my shoppers club card as I go. I save a nice chunk of change this way, oftentimes a third or more of my bill. The Meal Deals that Tops runs regularly is a fam' fave. Basically a hunk of meat is regular price, and you get like seven or eight fixins' to go with it for free. So, for example, a roast will run close to $20, but all of the veggies, broth, herbs, bread, a beverage, usually a dessert of some sort, will all be free when you buy the roast. It's a fast, easy way for us to put together a sit-down dinner on the weekends.I suppose the clerks are sometimes a bit more apathetic, and on occasion they are sold out of an item I might want, but in general I find it easy to shop at Tops, with fairly priced sale items. Wegman's lovers gonna' hate, but I'mma let that slide while ya'll bump into each other in your packed store. ;-)

I like Tops. I've kind of always liked Tops. It's never insanely crowded like Wegmans. Theres not a lot of people rushing in all different directions like their asses were on fire and they are the only ones that matter. Very good produce, decent selection, more than decent prices. Good quality meats. They always have ice cream on sale which is a bonus. I just really can't say anything bad about him. It's where I shop for groceries.

The store always looks dingy, the people that work there are rude, and the cooking class I took at their "cooking" school was a joke!
