I was very impressed with our sales person Mike Gortzig. He was very knowledgeable about how mattresses were made and how that affects firmness etc. Price points consistent with quality. Recommend highly!

I can’t recommend City Mattress enough! My salesperson, Ben, was so nice, patient, and not pushy at all. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped me choose the best mattress for me. Delivery was very fast and efficient. They arrived right when expected. Everything was set up timely and they were very pleasant as well. Great experience all around!

Paul on Transit in the Williamsville location was patient & informative as we tried every option in the store! We knew what we wanted and learned so much more about coolness, warranties, and bedframe options. We left 90 minutes later excited that our new king mattress, box spring and frame will be delivered in just a couple of days! We loved all the options for mattresses, beds, and frames. We feel satisfied that we got a competitive price, excellent customer service, and a quality purchase!

We've been sleeping on our new Sterns & Foster mattress for about six months now and we love it. Bill was extremely helpful and facilitated every step of the process with tact and professionalism. Delivery was handled admirably by two very professional gentlemen that we were very comfortable having inside our home. I would highly recommend shopping at City Mattress. Great prices and service.

Wow - did we luck out when we happened to wander into the Sheridan Drive store and meet Joe Cuddihee! After previously shopping in 8 or 9 other name brand furniture stores we ended up buying most of our furniture for our new build from Joe at City Mattress. We are extremely pleased with the quality of our furniture and the white glove delivery service to Ellicottville, NY. Joe is knowledgeable and willing to go that extra mile to make sure everything is right. Save your time and skip the other stores and head straight to see Joe Cuddihee at the Amherst City Mattress.
