I am closing my account with Citizens Bank. They open while I'm at work and close before I get out of work. Useless bank should be their name. They charge for everything that most Banks offer as a courtesy to their members. I'm done with giving my hard earned money to a Bank that is nothing more than a scam.

If I could give no stars, I would!!I have had a Home Equity Line of Credit that I opened at this branch about 6 years ago. I checked my interest rate a couple of months ago and it was very high. The new manager agreed but said he could not help me.I went to Western Division Gredit Union and got quoted an interest rate 3.75 percent less than Citizens. I quickly was approved and paid off Citizens.Find another bank, or credit union.

One of my less favourite banks in the Citi. Inside Tops is this bank. Most Tops have one, actually. And you know, it's kind of screwy how they do it because this place always charges me a big fee for withdrawing money from my card. So I try and avoid it now. I made that mistake once without checking what the fee was and when it was closer to $5 than $2 (can't remember exactly) I decided enough is enough. For this reason I wouldn't transfer over to Citizens even though I'm not happy with M & T. But at least they offer the services at Tops, in case you should need them.

Simply annoying when there's a line of ten people and the manager is to good to come and help the one Teller. Instead she sits in the phone chatting with her friend about this weekends plans where we can all hear her. This is why I'm dropping citizens bank!!
