This is the worst bank I have ever seen. They told us they would help with reversing some charges that were accidentally changed(I was charged 3 times by Amazon for a large order). They said i had to wait for the fee to hit. Once the charge hit i sat on hold for 1 hour. I was told they could only remove 1 fee. It was clearly an error that wasn't my fault. I called back a few days later because they never reversed the fee and the wait time was 20 min. Banks make a ton of money from us, how about you hire some staff so the customer doesn't have to wait forever.

How can you attempt to charge someone 7 bucks to cash a check that is drawn from citizens but the person cashing the check doesn’t have an account there. Good luck earning new clients with work practices like that.

Representative at this branch changed account information without my consent and the branch manager refuses to call back and acknowledge the issue. What a shame

It's commonplace at citizens bank to be left on hold for 40+ minutes. I've been trying to contact about a fraudulent purchase on my card since 8:50 am today and I've yet to speak to someone currently been on hold for the last forty minutes waiting to 'verify' my identity. This is absolutely ludicrous. Edit I've now been on hold for 56 mins and 42 seconds in counting. Edit #2 now I've been on hold for 1 hour 52 mins. I'm going to be canceling my card with citizens. Every week it's a new problem with this bank and they always leave me on hold longer n longer.

This Citizens Bank location is close to my house and often on my way to doing other errands. I've been a Citizens Bank customer for probably fifteen years and I've always received excellent service, this location on Sheridan Drive is no exception. This Citizens Bank has an ATM drive- thru and a banking drive thru lane. When I visited I used the banking drive thru lane. I needed to get quarters for laundry. As it turns out, you can't do coin withdrawals through the drive thru, but the representative gave such exemplary service that she offered to bring it to my car window if I drove up to the door. I was so grateful for this, because I was so tired that day, and didn't have the energy to walk in. I will be a Citizens Bank customer for life!

Really not to much to be said about Citizens Bank. I have been a account holder for years. This location is one of the older banks, but still very practical. Customer is outstanding.

More often than NOT, the inside ATM is non functional. Very annoying, and inconvenient, specially when it takes the card and keeps it. Keys on pad don't work, entry door malfunctions...

Josh is a great guy. Got my account recovered and the recovery department helped me out and took off about 45 bucks off my charge.
