Poor customer service for businesses. Went couple of times for opening a business account with appointments and each time got unsuccessful . They are not punctual at all and can’t keep up with the appointment times . Each time I went there waited more than 30 min and had to come back .
Very disappointed!!! Wish I had a choice of not giving any star .

The manager at the branch was the most useless person I have ever met. There ATM inside the branch took 2250$ from me and gave me an error message and never returned the money or deposited it. She couldn't help me one bit and did not even care. She told me to call the number on the back of my card. A Walmart greeter is more qualified than that woman.

I gave them 2 stars because they at least smile & use a pleasant tone while they lie to your face & all point the finger at each other while standing around awkwardly. They completely messed up my assumption on my mortgage. Chase will say you can go into a local branch with all your paperwork to submit. And because I had like 30+ pages I made the mistake of going into this Chase branch to have them send it. BIG MISTAKE!!! I could type a book but won’t. Just know do not trust this local branch with such a delicate matter. First they said the employee was no longer with the company so they couldn’t pull up the records. Then they said they sent it again. They said they were unable to provide proof that the paperwork was sent because of how long it takes to upload. So I trusted in them. My bad. But that’s why I am on here writing this sour review. Hopefully I can spare anyone else. Even the manager said she would personally call me back. She never did. So Chase closed my assumption because of their inadequacies at that specific local branch. I can’t even look in the direction of that branch honestly and it’s been over 6 months now. Ive had better bank experiences with banks that actually have no walk in branch. Just don’t with this branch, just don’t.

Horrible experience was looking to switch banks. They would not offer me an over the phone meeting to let me know what products and services they offered. The lady answering the phone was extremely rude and rushed me off the phone.

This place was a joke. What kind of bank has multiple employees standing at the door asking for the details of your visit? THEN I was told there’s only 1 banker and I would have to wait an hour to simply have an approved loan document faxed.

Worst banking experience I have ever had. Gross mismanagement and lack of communication to customers. If zero stars was a possibility I would give it. Phone assistance was even worse which I didn’t think was possible. Basically stole 3.5K from me for a month and did nothing to help. A distinct lack of compassion and capability to perform the most basic banking functions, quite frankly disgusted. Mary did her best the third time I had to go to the branch but the incompetence of previous visits made it impossible for her.

I will rate 0 if there is one. The manager is confusing. Never followed what she had been told to the customer three times. The person who answered the phone never returned my call for an appointment time.

This has undoubtedly been one of the most frustrating banking experiences of my career. Despite living over an hour away, I made the journey to this branch of Chase bank with my one-year-old child in tow. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I was greeted warmly but then left to wait without anyone even bothering to review the paperwork outlining my needs. Despite being told that it would only take five minutes to meet with a business banker, I found myself waiting for over twenty minutes before inquiring about an update. To my dismay, I was told that the agent was still working with another customer, leaving me to wait even longer.The situation was made even more aggravating since we recently chose Chase Bank and opened a new account for our business and had opened it in San Diego. I had been advised that I could go to any Chase Bank in the country to be added as a signatory with my paper work- a process that should have taken only five minutes with my ID. However, upon arrival at this particular branch, it was clear that the staff were entirely clueless about the process despite the paperwork stating it clearly. After waiting for an hour, the only banker who ended up trying to help informed me that the business banker had another appointment and that the best they could do was to set up another appointment for me. This was his response to me after speaking to the manager and explaining the situation. So my gripe is with that manager and the untrained staff at this location.Needless to say, I am absolutely livid at this point, and I will not be forgetting this poor customer service experience anytime soon. It is important for you to understand that this experience will undoubtedly have an impact on my perception of the Chase Bank brand going forward.

I drove 20 minutes out here because the Lancaster location isn't open yet, the drive up atm would not accept my cash deposit no matter what i tried. The bills were reasonably pristine and not damaged, i had to park and go in. Pretty frustrating experience.
