Horrible selection, even worse employees.. After a large purchase I was told very abruptly that they didn't have any bags and I had to carry items to the vehicle by hand. The carts were not allowed to be taken outside either..I won't be back

This used to be one of best Burlington's. What has happened to this store? It's an absolute mess, clothes and toys all over the floor and aisles, clothes are not returned anywhere close to where they are supposed to be, greeters and fitting room staff are beyond rude and unpleasant, bathrooms are permanently closed to customers due to rampant theft. Very disappointing.

Changing rooms closed at 10,
Washrooms closed at 10
More over you can’t take more than 1 shopping cart per family.
Closing time is more than an hour but still random odd rules. Do everyone a favour and Close early.

My experience with this store is disgusting. NO CASHIERS,NO SECURITY, I watched as merchandise just walked out the door.Your checkouts were disgusting.You are being compared to the salvation army of Amherst. WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. PLEASE GO TO A STORE THAT. THEY SHOULD BE PROUD OF.

Idiots lock restrooms with explanation ppl stealing so I should pee in my pants or go in next door store and come back for shopping in my case will never go back shopping

This store was my family’s go-to store for clothing…not anymore. My step-son accidentally left his beats headphones on the counter when we cashed out and someone stole them. We realized an hour later that they were left behind (a learning lesson for him, but he’s just a kid). I called and the person who answered immediately told me that nothing had been turned in… she didn’t even take a chance to look. The child’s father immediately headed to Burlington and the cashier that helped us said that they are over there on the counter. She said she had noticed them, but didn’t get the chance to lock them up (this was an hour later). She also said that she asked a few customers if they were theirs…not sure why not just lock them behind them counter. My boyfriend filed a police report in hopes to find the person that took them and get them back (no charges, we just wanted them returned). I called the store every day for a week, and got hung up on a couple times. The manager was supposed to call me back after AP reviewed the film while waiting for the detectives to ask to view the film. Today, almost a month later the police detective showed up at my house to let us know that he did not have good news. While they may have been able to do more, Burlington was very uncooperative. They would not let him view any more in the film to try to get a picture of the person who stole it. I guess the footage at the register wasn’t good enough. They refused to let him see any extra footage. I even called corporate and they didn’t seem to care. This whole company is terrible and clearly doesn’t care about their customers.

We are going from outside of USA for shopping but sorry to say that used to be there inside store for public washroom , but now the donut allow anybody to use , nothing written no public washroom?? Very sad

Store has working restrooms but will not let any customers use them. For that I have to give 1 star.

The establishment is conveniently situated and its staff are amiable and helpful. The store is well-organized, clean, and offers excellent deals.

Worst Burlington ever. Had to spend 30 minutes in line while three employees (8/14/24 at 5:15 pm) helped one customer at the register and there was a line of 10+ people. Management should look who was working at this time and educate your employees please.
