Two of the 3 men who helped me in ordering and picking up my glasses were very knowledgeable and helpful. Both had many years of experience and great schooling which was evident in their work. One (Matt, I believe) spent much time in adjusting both sets of glasses and easily saw what needed to be done. The 3rd man was more “bare minimum”. The eye exam process was different being partly online but it also was very good so I would definitely recommend them. One lens on each pair had scratches from the factory so replacements were ordered. I’m happy with my new glasses and the price with transitions and anti - glare came out to be less expensive than the pair I bought 5 years ago by around $200. I highly recommend BJs Optical.

This was my first experience here. It was completely unlike any eye exam I ever had. For instance all the high tech instruments that measure your eye health, are spread out before you. I got to see images of my optic nerve and macula. Super cool! All test results ere electronicly transferred to an on-call optometrist, who pops -in remotely to discuss with you. This all happens effiecntly and seamlessly. In fact my results were reviewed by two optometrists, which helped to fine-tune my prescription. The in-person technician and eyeglass salesman went above and beyond. This was an awesome experience. I will definitely be back!

This was my first experience here. It was completely unlike any eye exam I ever had. The technician, Christian, clearly explained all of the instruments and tests. I was shown the image of my optic nerve and macula, which was pretty neat! (I don't recall my regular provider, Fichte Optometry showing me my eye health transparently, with images and in real-time). All test results are sent electronically to an on-call optometrist, who remotely pops in on a large TV screen to discuss the results. This all happened efficiently and seamlessly. In fact, my results were reviewed by two optometrists who helped fine-tune my prescription. The in-person technician, Christian, was nice, polite, and very good at his job. The eyeglass salesperson was also extremely helpful and friendly...a truly genuine, nice, caring gentleman. I hope that more people find out about and use this place. I know that I will be back next year for sure. Oh, and anyone complaining about the parking, I parked farther away and walked. It was no big deal. Great experience!!!

Selection not as big as other Bj's in the area. No auto department and parking is terrible. And just today the wife and I saw a mouse in the store!!

Not a bad store but a lot of the patrons were very rude and in the parking lot no handicap parking was available ( very few spots ) ,so parked farther away . The person who pulled in after we went into the store blocked the passenger side door and I couldn't get in !! Another person parked in the fire lane to run in and get toilet paper & paper towels! They also cut right in front of me while going out the doors ! So rude !!!!

This place sells food that molds or goes sour within a couple days. And their oj that clearly states No Pulp …has pulp EVERY single time! Their cart area is filthy every time I go. I usually have to take garbage out of the carts, kick garbage out of my way to get a cart.
