“Although I dreaded it, I found myself shopping for a new to me vehicle and decided to stop in here because I'd seen a vehicle online that seemed to fit my needs. I emailed first and received a very prompt response from Greg Valentini that I could most certainly come in for a test drive. Unfortunately, he wouldn't be there at a time convenient for me, but they paired me up with a very low-pressure sales person, Cameron Stefanski, when I got there. We went for a test drive, he told me about many of the desirable features and I decided if the deal was right, I'd purchase the car... well, they went above and beyond to give me the price I needed and the trade-in value for my car that I desired.. all in all, a very pleasant experience that was the quickest car deal I've ever had... the day I went for the test drive, I was there for maybe an hour and a half, the day I went to pick up my vehicle, received a couple of phone calls after I left, and it was delivered very professionally by both Greg (mostly) and Cameron in about an hour the next day... So, yeah, not a dreadful experience here at all, rather pleasant as far as car shopping and buying go!”

“I am reporting on two visits. The first was for four new tires. It took 3.5 hours and they were closing up as I was leaving. The problem was that the car had “gone to sleep” and until it woke up the needed electrical adjustments could not be made. I had never heard of such a thing and none of the staff could explain it. I believe the work was done well but given the original estimate of time (an hour or less), I was frustrated with the wait and lack of understandable rationale. $50 was deducted from the bill as a courtesy.
The second visit was for diagnosing and repair a tire that was losing air. This was on a different car. It took an hour and went smoothly.
I should add that prior to these visits we had regularly used Dunn and will continue.”

“got a new car battery after my old battery tested as almost failing with low reserve power. I had an idea of what I wanted from the Interstate website, I wanted to try a premium battery that I had seen. The guy at the store helped me to sort out the best option for my car. We did try the premium battery and figured out that it was too big to fit into the space fora battery in my car. We had to try another option , so I got a mid line quality MT Series battery , saved some $$ and most importantly got something that fit my car. the car does start much quicker with the new battery”
