“The new manager Alan has completely turned this place around. I wasn't even aware that they were able to do some of the work to my car that they've done for me over the last few months. The customer service is top notch, the manager truly seems to care about my safety and satisfaction, he's so patient and always takes the time to explain things to me so I fully understand what I need, and the work has always been top quality. I'm especially impressed with my new tires, they are so much quieter than my previous set. “Although I dreaded it, I found myself shopping for a new to me vehicle and decided to stop in here because I'd seen a vehicle online that seemed to fit my needs. I emailed first and received a very prompt response from Greg Valentini that I could most certainly come in for a test drive. Unfortunately, he wouldn't be there at a time convenient for me, but they paired me up with a very low-pressure sales person, Cameron Stefanski, when I got there. We went for a test drive, he told me about many of the desirable features and I decided if the deal was right, I'd purchase the car... well, they went above and beyond to give me the price I needed and the trade-in value for my car that I desired.. all in all, a very pleasant experience that was the quickest car deal I've ever had... the day I went for the test drive, I was there for maybe an hour and a half, the day I went to pick up my vehicle, received a couple of phone calls after I left, and it was delivered very professionally by both Greg (mostly) and Cameron in about an hour the next day... So, yeah, not a dreadful experience here at all, rather pleasant as far as car shopping and buying go!”
“I couldn’t have had a better experience at Northtown collision. I got into a bad accident and was without my car for 12 weeks. They went above and beyond, arranging for car rentals, they stayed patient in their communication and followed through on every promise. Derek, specifically, was the main person who I was in communication with. He was straight forward and realistic, as well as very patient and extremely professional. He arranged an Uber for me from the car rental at the airport, arranged a second rental when I needed to come back for another repair, and truly went above and beyond. Tracy and the whole team at the desk were very kind and you can tell what a great relationship they all have with one another. For a pretty awful experience, Northtown made it the best it could be! They clearly have very skilled mechanics as my car drives as if nothing ever happened! Thank you!”
