Had a great experience here! Their estimate was extremely reasonable and my actual price was not a penny more. The repairs look perfect and my car was nicely cleaned up prior to me picking it up. The turnaround was really quick and everyone was very nice and professional. I highly recommend them!

If your looking for the shop from hell look no further!!! You have arrived I have a jeep and I knew from past experiences not to just go anywhere to have my car fixed but at the time it felt like an emotional moment for me so I figured I’d give them a try and they had really good reviews. My car was there a month picked it up yesterday my car is still not fixed it went for alignment and still pulls to the right the sounds I’m hearing are awful they refuse to do anything for me and on top of that my sons baby formula was in the back trunk of the car 28 bottles 325$ worth just gone my spare tire was missing but they did happen to find my tire but not the baby formula and no one seems to want to speak up about what happend I have to get the police involved for them to want to do anything to make a long story short stay away from here if you own a jeep

Great service and staff! They were kind and professional. Kept me up to date frequently on status of repairs. I was surprised to see they also did an interior detail ( I had a lot of mud and dog hair) My car looks amazing!!!
I will be using them if needed for any future repairs. Highly recommend!!!

EVERY ONE there went above and beyond. A stressful situation the very nicest it could be. Kept in contact always updating and the car looks brand new even after 13000.00 worth of damage done to it. Beyond highly recommend. The only place someone should go if they have an unfortunate accident to their vehicle. U will not be disappointed at all and will recommend to your friends and family after your repairs r made. Couldn’t believe even turning in the rental car was as well - they notified them when I had walked in to pick up mine. Great great job and customer service and most appreciated to all at north Tonawanda avg Thank you!!

Had to use this shop personally twice in a short period of time with two different vehicles and both were handled with quality and professionalism. Then all in the same time frame my husband needed collision work as well and we went with this shop. The work was done right and within a reasonable time frame. We appreciated knowing that the work would be quality!

Nathan everybody at Auto collision we're just fantastic they kept me in the loop with everything they had it done when they said they would have it done they came and got me because I'm disabled because I had a rental and I had to turn it in two days beforehand and that was great I really appreciate that cuz I never would have made that walk over to the building even though for a regular person it would be a 5-minute walk but they came and got me what more could I ask for they're the bomb
