When here about one hour after opening. I needed to use a handicapped scooter. First one I tried died after about 4 minutes. I tried a second one, and it died quickly also. Left without being able to shop.

I went in just to buy a new pillow and was impressed by how big the store is. They also had more pillows than Walmart and Target combined. I could easily spend a few $$ in this store with all they have to offer.

The goal of placing an online order for pickup is to be in and out. I had to sit there for over 10 minutes waiting for the single cashier on duty to cash out one customer before I could pickup my order, oh and the order had to come from a separate person all the way in the back of the store.

They list products as in stock but then you get there and the items you are looking for aren’t available. You ask for help and they said “yeah, they lie about items in stock”

I luv at home. Whatever you need to decorate inside and outside you will definitely find it at home. Plenty of free parking..Great customer service.

Very surprised by the amount of merchandise. Similar to Home Goods,but much larger!More furniture, lamps and artwork.
