I know this election has revealed people’s true colors. I had to sit there as a black individual I had to listen to things I broke my heart. From sitting there I learned that black and white does exist in America. I will never trust them in my car.

Justin is the best, I was having major troubles with my car and even though we had multiple attempts at handling the issue he never gave up and even did extra work at no cost. You wont find service like this everywhere, Amherst Auto is my new go-to spot going forwards!!!

Had a problem with a clunking noise. Took it to my usual mechanic who swore up and down he couldn't hear it. Decided to try Amherst Auto as there was definitely a noise. They took my car and said it was fixed but when I got it and chatted with the guy it was determined that the noise I was describing wasn't the noise they fixed. So he hops in my truck with me to make sure he hears the right noise. Then he spent the next hour or so working on my truck immediately to fix the noise. It ended up being an extremely minor issue that just took a long time to diagnose. The service was very good and the cost of service was reasonable. No complaints!

Took my wife’s car in because of the A/C and heating not working correctly and Amherst Automotive got it back up and running. First time customer and will definitely be back if I have car issues. Fair pricing, fair timing. Would definitely recommend to others. 10/10

I know I can trust that the repairs they make are needed. They look out for their customers. Wouldn't go anyplace else. It's a family run business. They do a great job.
