Don, and the entire team at Bellreng’s was incredible. I called with minimal knowledge of what sort of tires I was looking for, and Don talked me through it with kindness and humor in a way that didn’t leave me feeling stupid. Not a single member of the team was condescending, and as a female in a mechanic setting it’s a rare thing to genuinely find. The tires we bought work perfectly for what I need and the work was done quickly and correctly. The price was almost half of what I was quoted at the dealer, and while buying tires generally sucks I will be happy to be a repeat customer.

I needed tires for my ‘24 Chevy 3500 High Country and with Bellreng’s recommendation, I went with a set of Nokian Outpost nAT tires. Nokian Tyres are made for weather like we are experiencing today. The grip is AMAZING! Thank you Don and crew!

So went there for a lift and tires, ended up with my control arms rubbing the tires. This was in August, they said they would get wheel spacers machined to fix the problem. 5 months later still nothing.
Also they told me a hub cap wire was missing, then all of a sudden found one after showing me fake pictures. Of course the wire they found was the one off my truck due to me painting the hubs and the paint lines lined up. Really shady place.

Donny is the best in the industry . Always fair and honest. A pleasure to work with . I’ve gotten several sets of tires over the years from him and referred many friends. All have been very pleased too.

They are friendly but I don’t think they did the best job. I went for and oil change and the next day when I checked my dipstick I notice it is above the max point. Adding too much oil can make the gasket leak and build carbon deposit, so I have to drain some oil out.

When it came time for new tires for my 2022 Ford Explorer Timberline, Bellrengs Automotive came highly recommended by my brother! Don and I chatted, new tires ordered and put on the vehicle. I drove it for a bit and experienced some shaking. I spoke to Don, who requested I bring the vehicle back in for to be checked out. This occurred a few times.
It was refreshing to work with Don and his team! They went above and beyond to solve the problem. New tires on and no more shaking/slipping. Thank you for all your time and patience.
