My husband and I were camping at Hither Hills State Park during the week of July 4, 2024 when we noticed that one of our car's tires was leaking due to a screw embedded in it. Due to the holiday, we stopped by T & B Auto Service LLC first thing in the morning of July 5th to see if our tire could be plugged. We were promptly helped as the first customer of the day and are beyond appreciative of the service that was provided. Bill and Ilar were warm, personable and provided the customer service we would expect if they were our own auto mechanic to get us back on the road for our trip home. Highly recommended. Thanks again gentlemen for plugging our tire and not charging an arm and a leg ($20)!”

“My car got a flat tire late at night after hours for most shops. We got in touch with Rob who answered his phone quickly. Rob could not have been nicer or more helpful! He was calm, and just wanted to help us - even if that meant not using his business. He walked us through the materials our car came with and advised us on how to best proceed. After calling our car emergency services and going back and forth with Rob, we decided together it made the most sense for him to come tow our car. He gave us a very reasonable offer and was at our location quickly. When he arrived, he was fast, efficient and again very kind and helpful. He got our car towed and followed us back to our house in no time. We are so grateful to Rob and would HIGHLY recommend working with him. Great service and extremely trustworthy and genuine guy!”

“Going here was a Godsend! They're a dream for the "East End". So, I originally went to nearby Amagansett repair shop (Bock Auto) & was quoted ~$1800 for an alternator replacement on a 2008 Toyota Camry ? ? I was charged $180 for them to tell me this ? I asked around, eventually got to JSM. Jose was a pro. Young woman behind the counter was upfront and clear. The best best part was it ended up costing ~$500 for the exact same repair work ? ? JSM you have a permanent customer and I'll be telling everyone I meet out here ?”

“Guillermo was leaving for the day and saw me at the Air Machine. He stopped his car and jumped out to help me and actually found a nail in my tire. With out missing a beat he patched my tire and checked the other three. Not knowing there was a nail I would have wound up with a flat on the side if the highway. The owner of this station should be proud to have an amazingly kind hardworking person working for them.”

All the people who work there give fantastic service to their customers. And I don't intend to find another place to get my car problems solved.
Found this place a few years back based on a recommendation of a co-worker and haven't looked back since.
These guys bend over backwards to get your car fixed, tested , tuned up and finished with whatever services are needed. They have even worked on my car problems till late (evening) in the day and way past their closing time just to get the car back to me in great working condition. I cannot complain about any service they have ever given me.
Plus they are totally fair and honest about their examination, evaluation, repair and pricing of whatever repair I have needed, car. They breakdown line by line the parts and services needed. And any problem that crops up , they will inform you of it and proceed according to your decision.

“B&B is always my first call. They have serviced all 3 of our vehicles and have always given us great service and a fair price. Before replacing parts, the owner asked permisson to complete the job (ive had many mechanics do the work first and charge me without consent) and even showed me a video of my vehicle and gave me a thorough explanation of why the work needed to be done for safety. They will do their best to get you in for routine maintenance in short notice and always answer the phone or call you back quickly.
