I send cards from California to my sister there and have been very disappointed to have the cards returned stating you need a better address or unable to fwd. The address is CORRECT! It sometimes takes 3 tries to get it through to her. This is unacceptable and down right lazy. Please retrain your carriers on getting it right the first time.

The Altamont staff are kind, courteous and efficient. I don’t remember everyone’s names but my dealings with Kenny and Devon have been superb. They have gone out of their way to help me. USPS, don’t loose them!

Haven't received my mail in weeks from there. Waiting on official docs. This is messed up. To show... The piece of mail should have been here early July and the org that sent it flat out said it's on its way. They have no clue what to do about the post office either

I've never had to use the post office much but since we moved to Altamont we have to use a PO box. Everyone that works there is super friendly and efficient. If Devon is working then our packages are ready for us as soon as he sees us pull through the parking lot. Even though this is a small post office you never see anyone standing idle. During this past snow storm they were still fully staffed when we stopped in. Really friendly place
