“We recently had a vehicle towed to Liggett's that was totaled in an accident. Not only was Brittany extremely helpful and accommodating, but she went above and beyond for me and referred me to a friend of hers who had little-known knowledge about insurance laws...this simple referral ended up saving us $5,500! She did not need to mention this to me at all, as she did not stand to benefit from sharing this information. She simply did it out of the goodness of her heart-thank you, Brittany! “I had the worst kind of issue, intermittent. It happened maybe 25% of the time. I dropped it off and described the symptoms, I thought it was maybe a transmission issue, and he said he would take a look at it. I'm sure he had to drive it several times before the issue happened and I told him if he had to do that he could charge me for those drives, but he didn't. Turns out it was a brake issue the calipers were locking up and he told me that he would recommend replacing rotors pads calipers and hoses on both front brakes. He went on to say that I could get away with replacing one rotor and one caliper but they always recommend replacing brakes in pairs. He quoted me $700 for the whole job and mentioned that there were parts available that would be less expensive but that didn't carry the warranty that the parts he was quoting me carried. He said he could save me about $150 if I went with the other parts but I chose not to. He did the work and I also asked him to check the entire car front to back hoses belts fluids suspension transmission exhaust etc I told him he could charge me for that as well, but he didn't. He was honest up front and the work done was done very well. I will definitely be using him again.”

What really made me review and so high was what they charged was more than fair and reasonable for the distance.
