Mike went WAY above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was able to get a storage unit, since I am moving from another state and had limited hours to be able to secure the unit. He made time, showed me the unit and walk me through the entire process, all with a great attitude and personality. Cannot express my gratitude enough. He exemplifies "Customer Service"!

I recently moved within the Albany Area and was lucky enough to find Store Away. I've never had an issue with them, and the staff didn't try to upsell me on a bigger storage space or supplies. I found them to be extremely helpful. If I ever have to move again, I'll be sure to return here.

Worse experience ever! I called about a storage unit for a Saturday they took my information down and said they had one available. I showed up with a uHaul full of stuff and no one was there to give me the storage unit. I had to call another storage place and thankfully they had one available. I called and left a message about this and they never called me back. Very unprofessional place. Would not recommend this. I called before Saturday so I know I called the right location. Also I called your number on Saturday and no one answered so I am not sure what you are talking about.
