Vehicle has been there 4 months and still isn't done, that's understandable but they say it will be done Monday, and you call them on a Friday because you haven't heard anything because they won't reach out to you about your Vehicle they get all pissy and hang up on you for asking questions. Plus they are almost impossible to get ahold of.... If they were more straightforward, honest, and gave updates on your vehicle it wouldn't be a little more understandable

This place is a joke. When I had my 2001 dodge ram transmission tebuilt, I paid extra money for high performance parts that were never installed. A friend of mine recently had more work done there and his transmission is slipping and jerking between gears. I would never recommend this business.

Got me on the road quickly.All in all, if i wasnt out so much more, they'd be a grrreat shop. But they really had my back..I made a fair transaction.They were TRULY affordable. Im overrall grateful and they did good work!85/hr is a blessing in these times. And they weren't straight to work. Chop chop!! Thanks!Not a complete 5. But i wouldn't go anywhere else in the area.

I'm not able to comment on their work. They won't answer the phone and they don't have voicemail. I've been trying to do business with them, but I can't wait all year to talk to them. I will be going elsewhere for a transmission

Owner and employees ( Kevin, Brad) are quiet but crazy knowledgeable about everything.I have always had them work on everything for myself and my Family!We no longer live in the state but when we are there , and need anything they are right there! Down to if I call them while out of state and tell them “ my car is acting up and making this weird noise?! Can you tell me what it is , or what to do?? No one can say that they have not been like can you fix my car it’s doing this over the phone.... ? well I am Notorious for it... and they do an amazing job even over the phone to help me fix my car. They get backed up... but that’s any shop. Remember they are only two MEN to all the negative reviews... about timing that it took! Shops don’t know when they will be over loaded or not. So remember when you call and want it done RIGHT NOW... bc everyone has been there... they try to fit you all in. While explaining that they will do their best but no promises. As well another factor is parts. They can’t pull them out of the sky. So parts have to wait and take as long as it does. They don’t get to pick and choose that. I had seen a review about being rude? I’m not sure why or whom you would have spoke too but you did not speak to Kevin or Brad. I have known them my whole life and not ever have they been rude to anyone. This shop has had employees ( no longer with them) that are younger... some older... good help is hard to find. Remember that. When you have had great service 8 or 10 times... that one or two times you post a negative review but not one good one. Share all not just when your mad. All this COVID mess has everyone in a Tizi and no one is putting the good just the bad! So all that being said I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND this Trans shop to everyone. Remember please have Patients and speak to them like they are human I have heard a lot of conversations of people calling and screaming at them about stuff that had nothing to do with them so remember when you call be respectful and explain the situation and let them explain their end and then go about whatever you have going on they really are the best people I’ve had the pleasure of knowing!!!!

Kevin and Brad are my go to for any trans work! They have done 2 transmission rebuilds for me and never had an issue after !

I've always had top notch service here. I have a body shop in PA and always bring any transmission issue to these guys. Highly recommend.
