“Auto Zone is always hit or miss, especially if your going to get car parts. Don't know how many times I have had to take a part back because it was not correct. As far as their in house option they have a good variety but a little pricey. Half of the employees are super and nice and helpful and the other half are snappy and not engaging. Other than that sometimes it's super convenient and other times it's a frustrating waste of time. It just depends.”

“Shout out to a great team! Thank you Lucas, Brett, Cory , Micheal and the rest of the team. Omw from RI to Ohio to visit family, check engine light came on. Stopped at this Autozone store. They did a free diagnostic. My car had a few error codes. The team looked at my engine and gave me some sound advice as to how to proceed. Then helped me look into my options. Unfortunately I won't make it to Cleveland today but my family and I are safe and we get to spend the night in this friendly town.”
“I have to give a shout out to Ed Hess. This was a return visit for a leaking tire. He was able to quickly find the culprit, which was a 1/2" long piece of metal about the size of a pencil lead. At the time, I was very frustrated but Ed had me laughing before I left. This guy needs a raise for his great customer service skills! He turned a bad day into a great experience. Thanks Ed!”
