Super responsive to my email inquiry, friendly, and helped me with my 2 wheeler mountain and road bike. Also very honest when I asked about some potential modifications to make my road bike more hill friendly. They only sell recumbents, but I'll alway go for any service need.

We stopped at the Bicycle Man the end of August 2023 on our way to Rochester NY for a mini vacation. Having suffered with Vertigo related issues, we wanted toto inquire about the possibility of a recumbant trike allowing me to ride bike again. Ben was absolutely incredible in answering all of our questions. We spent almost 3 hours riding different models. We left with a Catrike brochure and after further research we went back to the Bicycle Man on our return trip back home to Northwest PA. We test rode 2 different models again and ended up purchasing 2 Catrikes 559. We are thrilled with our purchase and can't wait to put many, many miles on our trikes. If you are considering a recumbent bike or trike, the Bicycle Man is well worth the drive and their staff are professional, friendly, courteous and extremely helpful and knowledgeable!!Thank you again Ben and Lee for making our experience absolutely wonderful!! First time here. Looking for a recumbent tricycle for my frame 6'10" 350...Lbs.They had two manufacturers with models for me. Tried both out. I think I have made a decision on which one. Worked with Lee. He is very knowledgeable and personable! Now I need to finalize a decision...great experience so far...

The bicycle man is most likely one of the best Recumbent shops in the country. They’ve been an amazing resource for me over the years. Their expertise and professionalism is laudable. Also, they went above and beyond for us on our recent cross country tour. When we were broken down, they cleared their schedule and let us come in just to patch us up and get us on our way.

One of the oldest recumbent bike shops in the USA. The knowledge of Pete, Lee, and the team reflects the years they have been in the business. The museum just shows how vast their experience is. Plus, the shop is full of recumbent trikes and bikes and is perfectly organized.

Stop! Don't even bother looking anywhere else but BicycleMan! Thier knowledge, patience, customer service and just general kindness is absolutly first rate!I am a retired guy who likes to fool with bicycles and recently bought a used Sun EZ-3 AX recumbent trike that sat outside for a while. After wasting my time with local shops and online sites trying to figure out pull ratios, compatibility of components, etc. one phone call to BicycleMan answered all my questions and got me all the right parts at a reasonable price too! Thank You especially to Stuart and Peter, you guys are a definite asset to your organization!

Had an amazing first experience with these guys. They had my bike fixed and working better than new in less than a week for less than the estimate they gave me. They even recalibrated my breaks at no charge. Call me a customer for life.

I bought my Cat Trike Expedition here 10 years ago. The only thing I've done to it is ride it (over 3100 miles) and fix the flats. I called Peter one day, took it in the next! Lee made that ten year old machine ride like new. It's faster! Thank you! Tour de Teddi 22 here I come.
