Don't buy from this seller. Sent the wrong rotors and pads not once but twice and tried to say I made the mistake ordering. Nothing but excuses, on top of their mistake they want me to pay return shipping. The shipping is more the the parts!! Buy from Axiom they standby their products and free shipping on returns.

the seller not honest at all i had canceled the order online before delivery to make sure with the mechanic it will match and fit but i got the part not match and wrong . the seller he not accept the items for refund or replace in case it is wrong from his side

Autoshack, since I purchased the CV Axles and the driver side axle really gets worse day by day. when I tested it. Since I put the driver side on, it drove so bad. I tried to contact you guys, but I was ignored for days. I don't post anything falsely. Xushi ko isn't my workplace. Thanks:)

Auto Shack sent me the wrong brake pads, sent them pics of my old ones. They will have to investigate! Later closed my account! I drove 2 1/2 hours to Alexandria Bay. No such business, no sign, and no building. Nobody around there ever heard of them. They're a scam and eBay deals with them, not good. Stay away from them!

This place is horrible! I have been going back and forth with a rep. Only to get I installed the part in correctly. Then I was told I installed the wrong part. Well which is it?? I purchased the part off of eBay it installed flawlessly! Less than a month later the parts have failed. I purchased the pair left and right knuckles with wheel bearing installed. Yes within a month I now have wheel play. Reached out to them and was given the run around. They are doing/saying everything to not have to swap out the part. The eBay site and their web page list the same tile of warranty. Definitely steer clear of these people and their products! They don't stand behind them!

They sent the wrong sized rotors, and they wouldn't replace rotors unless I paid for return shipping which would be same price as rotors.Beware take measurements before placing order.

Beware this company is shady and will advertise incorrect parts. I purchased a brake set that stated it was compatible with my car in the "SEE FITMENT" section. I realized when I began to replace the rotor and it was too big, the brake pads were also too big. I contacted customer support whom are completely incoherent. I explained to them the above and they did not want to take the product back and refund my money. They provided me with a screenshot of compatible models not in the original listing and they told me to re-sell the product my self. Excuse me? They pretty much don't care. I get the feeling this isn't their first time doing this kind of thing. which is obvious in the reviews here. Fair warning when dealing with this business.
