I must say, the service rendered was good and both guys were polite. The problem is Matt never refunded my deposit. I thought I tipped them appropriately ($75) and still, $100 extra and a lie? I did contact him about the deposit refund and he said he would send a check or a refund, unfortunately after almost 6 months Matt decided he needs my $100 more than a good Google review. Hire at your own risk of losing money. This makes the company seriously unprofessional seems to be the norm in the Bay.

Matt and his team did an amazing job working with us in May there were so many boxes, furniture and then going above and beyond by assisting us with the new Stickley Furniture and out door poly furniture that arrived that afternoon. No dings or dents, just a great attitude. ! Highly recommend Matt and his company!

Matt and his crew were extremely careful moving my stuff. Matt was quick to fit me into his schedule and help me move into my new house while my husband was traveling out of state for work. They kept their promise on their quote even though it took longer than expected and made sure everything was put back together and placed where I wanted it! Highly recommend. Never showed up to scheduled time and never even called. We had to call them to set up a time that we both agreed on and they couldn’t follow through with their commitment. Left us high and dry on moving day with no warning. Claimed they called 3x but never left one voicemail?. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

We had them scheduled to come help load our U-Haul today at 3. 3:30 rolls around I called about three times to see what the hold up was and got no answer. It’s now 5:30 and we still haven’t heard a peep.Edit: I have 0 missed calls from you, and also no voicemails…

Canceled move 4 weeks before it was scheduled, Matt would not refund deposit. No terms of service on website or signed anything that said deposit was non refundable. Buyer beware.

Matt and his crew did a fantastic job packing and moving us to our new home. They were professional, courteous and worked tirelessly. I didn't have to worry about a thing. And they were very affordable. They even moved us in a snowstorm! I would hire these guys again in a New York minute!
