Kind, caring Service Manager Mark helped me quickly get back on the road on a rainy Saturday! A-1 Service! My 32 yr old Dodge van had windshield wiper breakdown, as I started a long day of driving, miraculously close to this Dodge dealer! Mark was happy to help & the service techs were able to jury-rig a fix, parts for this old van are hard to come by, but they got the wipers wiping in short order. So kind! Thanks a million!!

Do not purchase vehicles at this dealership or any of their other Caprara locations. They over price and hide too many fees in their contracts without telling you. They do not talk to you about what has been fixed on the vehicle in the past and they hide any problems it does have until it pretty much Fs you over financially. Also if you are military then I recommend you do not go to any dealerships that are near post. Dealerships like this one, when I was active duty will try any which way to sqeeze every penny out of you. It's not worth it, even if it's a closer location. Take your money and research some actual reputable dealerships that don't have a history of price gouging military members.

They keep things changed up in the lobby :) they also have a small snack bar and waters. I keep forgetting that.I really appreciate the respectfulness of those who work here during check-in and when it comes to being told about what's needed and if there's more than at first expected they come to let you know about what it will cost and at times will even go above and beyond like when they were already working on our rear brakes they also took care of the front brake pads and checked things as well. We have been bringing our vehicles to this dealership since 2010. And have grown to trust them.

My daughter bought a 2020 Jeep there last summer. A few weeks ago it randomly wouldn't start, weak battery. She got it jumped and it was good until Thursday when it did it again.She's 5 hours away but had an unexpected break so she headed home for the weekend. I called Capraras yesterday morning and explained what was happening and the situation of her only being home a few days. Like everyone else they're swamped but said bring it in this morning and they'd try to get a look at it.We dropped it off this morning, she just picked it up, hopefully/apparently fixed - bad battery, 100% covered under warranty.In today's world it would have been real easy to blow this off or have her make an appointment. It was nice to see that not happen. As she said, "they exceeded my expectations". ?

Everyone at FX are so friendly they really take the time to make sure you are getting the best deal possible! They make you feel as though your not just another customer, they listen to your needs. Overall I had a negative experience from the time I submitted a PDF file to the time of delivery. I brought my issues to Charlie Carrara the owners father, because no one at that dealership was willing to work with me or help me with all of the issues I faced during the buying process and delivery. However even after reaching out to Charlie, not once did anyone take care of me or my Jeep. When a customer spends over $82,000 on a Jeep, you’d expect the staff to give that customer the “Royal treatment”. Instead I was shown to my Jeep, than I couldn’t get anyone to help me inventory the Jeep or any of the aftermarket parts that I had purchased like the half doors. I also noted that there were parts missing on delivery in September 2021, I was given their word they’d get me the parts. It is now February 2022 and I still haven’t heard from Chris or anyone at FX about the missing parts from my order.I have 100% been treated better at many dealerships, and definitely treated better for spending a lot less money. So I will say if you’re the type of customer looking for a special experience or to feel like you’re part of the family and that you, your needs and concerns will be addressed and respected; I will assure you that you will not find that type of atmosphere here at this FX dealership. All they care about is how much money their making and/or moving inventory.
