Absolutely love Imagination Station in Alden! I have 3 kids that go there, and we love every one of their teachers in all of the rooms. They are extremely caring and truly enjoy being with our children, I couldn't be happier with everything!

Absolutely wonderful here! My son has been going for almost 2 years in the school age room. We adore Ms. Jamie and Mr. Harley! Erica is a fantastic director who is always available to answer questions, and Shannon did wonderful while Erica was on maternity leave. We plan on sticking around until my son is old enough to be home with his sister for extended hours.

Our daughter has been enrolled in the School aged program here for several years now. This program has only gotten better under the new ownership. Our daughter absolutely loves coming here after school and is sad when she has to leave everyday! The teachers a kind, caring, and really promote a great experience.

My son is enrolled in the Pre-k program. His teachers have been kind and compassionate, even when his big emotions have shown up (as they do at 4 years old). I feel strongly that my child is safe and loved in this facility and he has learned a lot.

My child has been going to this location for many years now from toodler to upk to the after school program. She absolutely loves it there and the teachers and staff are amazing.

At first it was hard leaving our oldest, she had never been with anyone other than family. From day 1 the staff had always gone out of their way to not only make her comfortable but also us. 2 years later now our daughter always asks us to go play with her “friends” which is such a comforting feeling. We now have 2 children there and we still love all of the staff.

We have had our two kids attending for 6 months, the oldest for 5 days per week and the youngest for 2 days per week. The oldest loves attending, and we find his curriculum has been very diverse and very educational. Miss Pam and Miss Debbie obviously put a lot of effort into their class preparation, delivery and daily reporting, and demonstrate dedication, strong oversight and care and affection for their kids. The youngest had the typical challenges of separation from home, but all the teachers in his classes have been very caring and attentive, while also providing an interesting curriculum, to the point where he is now really enjoying his days there. Accordingly, we are increasing to 3 days per week.
The kids are fed breakfast and lunch and appear to enjoy the meals with no complaints.
Miss Erica has done a great job as director, being available and very responsive to requests and proactive with suggestions - there were some logistical challenges onboarding the kids, especially coming from another state and with the ownership changes, but she helped us manage them. The reporting and payment systems are working well.
The facility appears clean and well maintained every day. The snow was cleared and de-iced all winter. We also appreciate the new fencing around the playground! One minor opportunity for improvement is at the front entrance - the gutters have not been cleaned since last fall and today with rain they were overflowing, which could just lead to more extensive maintenance in the future (1 star deducted).
In general, we are very happy with our experience here and would strongly recommend it. The kids enjoy it and are definitely progressing.

I have a 2 year old currently enrolled in the daycare and a 6 year old in the afterschool program. They both love going every day! They have attended since they were 4 months old. We love all of the staff at Imagination Station!

My daughter started here to make some friends in September and is so excited for "school days!" She has so much fun and everyone that works here is kind and you can tell they all love their job, even on hard days.

We absolutely love Imagination Station. My child started at 8 weeks old in the infant room and now is in a toddler room. The teachers are all wonderful and really take the time to bring the kids out of their shells. Erica the director does an amazing job with keeping the parents up to date about what’s going on in our center. I really couldn’t ask for anything better for my child!

Amazing! We have loved it here since the second we walked in to tour. All the staff members are kind and caring with each of the kids. The advancement we have seen since we started going here is unimaginable. Grace and Bri are amazing!!

My child has been at the Alden Imagination Station since he was 8 months old and he'll be turning 4 this year. I toured a lot of centers and we landed on Imagination Station because the staff seemed to actually ENJOY being with the children in addition to taking care of them. I love the open communication I have with leadership and staff. From the Infant Room, to the Toddler Rooms, and now in Pre-K, our experience with Imagination Station has been exceptional!

I really like this day care. It's always clean and the teachers are very personable. Both of my kids go here and they are always excited to go!
