I observed the manager there berating an employee in front of customers!!! Wow, I truly felt sorry for the young man. I understand that its hard to get managers, but to have someone behave in this manner is unacceptable. Too bad its a nice store, the one in Depew looks like a bomb went off at times. I hope that young man gets a better job with a more classy manager.

Came in for a quick browse and from the moment I walked in the store Nichole the assistant manager made me feel as though I was family. From greeting me right away to navigating to what I came in for, she was amazing! You don’t find customer service like this anywhere! Thanks Nichole!

Check your receipts right as you leave, after the young kids work. For the third time now my boyfriend and i had a pricy order. We didnt look at the reciept, cause we usually do later on. A few times we found there was an extra scan or two. Usually after one of two young teen girls work. The managers are chatty but do their jobs right. For the most part you can find what you need.

Everytime I have been in any of these stores recently I can not find what I am looking for BUT there are TONS AND TONS of unpacked boxes blocking all the isles, and it's been like this for several months now. I go to dollar tree ? now.
