Alden Pools installed our inground pool this summer and they delivered our hot tub in the spring. They were amazing to work with every step of the way. The installers were all incredibly professional and did a great job keeping us up to date on the process and answering all of my questions.Every time I go into the shop the staff are outstanding. They go out of their way to help, and ensure that you have the supplies you need to keep everything working and they do it with a smile.We work mostly with Matt, one of the owners, who has been absolutely incredible. Always there to answer questions or offer advice on how to maintain our pool. He coordinated everything from financing to closing. When we had an issue with our pump he had someone come out the next day to fix it.Alden pools is a small company that goes out of their way for their customers and genuinely cares that they have a good experience. They have been a pleasure to work with and I can’t recommend them enough if you are looking for a pool or hot tub.

10/10 would recommend. Best service around. Matt clearly treats his team well, from start to finish everyone was kind and knowledgeable with both our 30 foot above ground and hot tub! He response well to questions 24/7…..as we were pretty annoying with the questions. His team even helped us with what pavers to use for the heater to fancy it up. I’d never go anywhere else.

We have used Alden pools for years for our hot tub and have always been pleased. Last week, they installed a new above ground pool. I could not be happier. The installation team was on time, professional, and answered all of my questions. The staff at the store are the friendliest and most knowledgeable persons. They have patiently answered all of my questions and taught all about my new pool. I am very pleased with this company.

I originally posted this 5-star review over 2 years ago. I still feel the same way today. I can't say enough good things about these folks. We purchased a Bullfrog spa from Alden Pools. They installed it November 2020. We love the spa and have enjoyed it very much these past 2.5 years. Service from Alden Pools has been great since Day #1. They have gone above and beyond for us. I can’t say enough about Alden Pools and it’s employees. From the minute I walked in to the day of install, they have been nothing but professional, amazing, and helpful. They made sure that I was informed every step of the way. Best thing is even after instal they kept in contact to make sure I was filling it properly with the temperatures we have in Buffalo as usual to make sure the vinyl was stretching properly. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else besides Alden Pools.

Had my pool installed yesterday and the guys were ok little slow, I wasn’t home due to it being delayed by a day. They gave my wife no education on the filter nor the cleaning robot; little disappointed in that I will say. Much more unhappy that there was no mention of the electrical adapter from sales or the installers that I have now spent several hours driving between hard stores trying to find. At least if had known I could have found it before the pool was complete full and ready to have it turned on. Customer service should be then that I expect more.

Staff is always polite and respectful no matter what I am there for. Most recently took my pump in to be looked at, figured it would be a couple days atleast. I was pleasently suprised when I got a call later that day it was fixed and ready for pickup!!!Services: Swimming pool water analysis
