A really decent place to store your personal belongings at a really decent and reasonable price. And the units are nice and clean as well. Which that's always a plus in my book.

I lived at Crimson Heights apartments for 6 years. The first year was fine, no problems at all, and then the maintence man from hell was hired. This man Tom Brody gives a new meaning to phychopath. He bangs on your door like a sergeant in the army and waits 1/2 a second before coming in, often catching tentants coming out of the shower or in bed. The first few days he was there he power washed my mail off of the mail box and threw it away and when confronted, lied about it only for me to find it in the maintence garbage the next day. What did the owners do about it? They sent the land lady over to apologise for him and plead his case that he is a good man. HA. This man would clean his gun sitting on the steps of his building leaving gun powder in the butt can only to catdh fire when someone threw a butt in there. I began to talk with other tentants to find out a deluge of horror stories. I had 26 people sign a petition against this man and all MIDLAND MANAGEMENT did about it was to tell him to be nice to the tentants. A number of other issues came up over the years concerning him bringing a gun into the building with intentions to shoot it. I finally gave up when it was obvious that MIDLAND MANAGEMENT was going to do NOTHING. When I snuck a third cat into my apartment and refused to give it up they stated they would not renew my lease. I could have fought but I was so disgusted I just packed up and left. They never gave me the name of the bank where they stored my security. A total of 750 with pet deposit. Over the six years I was there I gave them close to 2,000 dollars in pet rent. The secretary tells me I am getting nothing back because they had to replace the carpet. This was do to cool-aid stains and ink stains which can be removed. Not from pet damage. My cats ALWAYS used their litter box. When I first moved in the carpet had stains and I had to have it professionally cleaned. So why now do they have to replace it? This multimillionaire is making money off of disabled single mothers. I find the Management to be seriously lacking in morale code. If I had a lawyer I would nail there asses to a tree. Still considering it but not sure I have the energy to fight a millionaire. BEWARE This property owner is interested only in making money not in the comforts and security of his tentants. If you are a tenant and or considering being a tenant feel free to call me. 1 716 940 2932.
