Over a year ago I was placed on a waiting list. She said they'll definitely have something available by this time. Called again said they having one on hold for me. 2 months prior to the move in date I called saying the exact day I'll be moving in. They say I'm not on the waiting list. I have another friend dwhise also on the wait list. Planning on telling her to find sonmeplace else. My sad didn't want me to move in there anyways

What a dump!!! Went to visit folks who had just moved in and the nightmare that they are going through in the short time that they have been there is just unimaginable. Feces in the washing machine is not a standard to accept!

I like my apartment and my neighbors, been living there for almost 4 years but the maintanense manager is mean. I would suspect even racist. When we needed help for an issue he gives a smart or even rude comments.

I like my apartment and my neighbors, been living there for almost 4 years but the maintanense manager is mean. I would suspect even racist. When we needed help for an issue he gives a smart or even rude comments. He entered my apartment without giving a notice when I had just had my second baby and I was in bef rest and he entered my room without permission while I was still in and half-clothed. He had an issue with kids being kids and making a mess in our apartment. But everyone else involved in the office or management is great. My neighbors never bother me. Live in building 7. Would only recommend for a short term home if you don't want conflict with the maintanense manager. God bless!
