Lately the staff at this laundry have disappointed me, the machines no longer wash well and the price is very high. so I moved to another place recently opened the clothes even smell better

My this was first time here walked in said hello placed my laundry soap on the machine i wanted to use and went to grab my clothes. I walk back my soap was moved all the way down to the end and was told to use the other machine. I politly said i prefer this one and she tell me oh that cash only which was what im pay with anyway but at this point she rude af,So i move to the other side.Just was not welcoming.Then someone coin got stuck and she like hit it l,The lady explaining it won't work and she annoyed to help.Im all about customer service and I just didn't feel welcoming vibes.The place was very clean more like small mom pop laundry which I usually go to so I gave them a try .I paid 5.50 for med size machine.

Not enough large machines, not enough machines at all. Now this may seem small requests but, it would be curtyious to have cups for customers to use for carry the change for the machines. And paper towels in the bathroom would be more sanitizing than a bath towel to dry your hands.

I’m new to the area so I arrived at 5:24 and the lady said your too late & the last wash is at 5. I told her I’m new to the area & it’s only 1 load. She didn’t even respond. Nice welcoming. I definitely won’t be returning.

Never coming back again. Got very tired of the older Asian woman's stupidity and rude/abrupt nature. I was a paying customer for drop-off service. Found a better place.

The washing machines are very small they have very few of the bigger ones and some of those were broken. They are posting about staff being nice and helpful but I found the staff to be neither. There is one middle aged woman who works there who kept barking at me. She was so obnoxious. If that's her version of helpful I'd prefer to figure it out on my own. At one point I asked for change for a twenty since most of the dryers only take quarters. She gave me two tens and then refused when I asked for two give dollar bills. I hate doing laundry anyway, but she made the experience even less pleasant.

I definitely have to go back to this location! The hot water setting for the wash is really HOT!!!!❤❤❤ Its very clean and the machines look and dry like New!!!

I've been coming to the laundromat for ten years and tonight was the last straw! I put a dollar into the change machine and it got stuck so I asked the attendant for help. She said she can't give me my money but would add money to the machine that she uses to swipe. I said I only needed it for 12 more minutes but she decides to add 24 minutes to her dryer. I told her that I didn't need it bc I also can't stay bc of work. Also why would I want to move my clothes from the Machine in use to her machine?? I would like my money back. She starts shaking her head and getting upset with me. I asked her for the owners information and she then decides to give me fifty cents. Where's my other 50 cents? I continued to ask for the owners information and she shakes her head and starts to walk away. Instead of continuing to confront her- I decided I will reach out to the owner because this is ridiculous. I haven't complained about when the dryer takes extra money and time to dry because it's not working or the fact that there is gum and things inside of the dryer. Enough is enough.

I'm new to the area and arrived at 5:24. Was told the last wash was at 5. This was on Sunday 9/18. I told the lady that I only had 1 load. She didn't respond. Definitely won't be back

They charged me a king blanket price when the blanket was a full size. I got ripped off. Refused to give an adjustment. What a shame. Very bad way to do a business.
