Great staff, helpful and straight to the point. Been using this place for the past few years and I have absolutely no complaints.
If you're unfamiliar with something, simply let the staff know and they'll guide you through it!
I see a lot of negative reviews and just spent some time reading through them. I don't really understand where their complaints are coming from, to the point where some of the negative reviews seem manufactured. So long as you are polite and clear about what you need, there's literally nothing you could have issue with.

This is one of the best UPS stores in New York State. Do not let these other reviews that are negative fool you and make you think otherwise. A quick look at who reviewed negatively will tell you everything they just open up accounts to leave negative reviews so we will just leave it at that you can consider the research complete on my end so you could trust it. It’s a good source.

The team that works, there is excellent. It’s been a pleasure to work with everyone, including the Asian gentleman that works behind the register. Everyone works really hard. There goes above and beyond what is asked from them to make the customer happy.
If you see any negative reviews on this page, there has been an inquiry as to why and what is going on by the UPS franchise itself and I am here to share that information with you:
The reviews were artificially made from a competitor that is located down the street which is a FedEx location. They wanted to put out bad media and store reviews so that people opt to using the FedEx store which is located less than 500 feet from the store location. I hope that clears up a lot and clarifies why there are negative reviews on literally the top ranking UPS store in New York State.
I highly recommend opening up a private mailbox here because not only can you get all of the major mail carriers to drop off your mail and packages here but you also have the option to have items and packages be dropped off by anyone say for example you have a vendor who sells you inventory instead of them shipping it to your warehouse or private mailbox at the UPS store they could just come here and drop the mail off as long as they have it marked on the box that goes to mailbox it is.
6:30 PM is the cutoff time to get your packages out so come here a little little bit earlier the only thing I gotta say is the parking lot is sometimes crazy so you could camp out across the street where the gas station is and have a clear line of what is going on in the UPS parking lot so you could get there real quick and get a good spot. That’s only if you have a lot of boxes in the car like me me.

Just like all the previous reviews, the Asian kid working there has arbitrary requirements for Amazon returns for customer packed. He claims that if the box doesn’t have the Amazon label, he won’t take it. The instructions clearly states that all labels need to be removed. No matter what I said, he won’t take the package. Clearly he can’t read or follow instructions.

Wow extreamly rude, they find ways to charge you, do we really need to buy your box for amazon return?? dont go there!! drive a little longer to go to a different UPS store

Asian guy behind the counter is very rude. Such a nasty and disgruntled person. He gave me such a bad attitude for accidentally forgetting to tape 2 of the 4 sides of the box. All he kept saying is “next time we have a tape charge”. I wish he would have just charged me the tape charge and kept his lousy attitude.

If I could l give them under 1 star I most certainly would. I bought boxes from a different UPS location that were to small. Went inside to get a refund. The man at the counter was very rude obnoxious and abrasive. Avoid this location at all costs!!!

This is the best store. Any customer giving a negative rating should check themselves first, they probably are the issue. This store is efficient, quick, kind and useful. I have been a customer here for 5+ years and am grateful this place exists. Highly recommended.

I would prefer to give a 0 or minus star rating, but sadly that is not an option. This store is an absolute nightmare. This is the most rudest, unpleasant, unprofessional, disrespectful staff I have ever encountered. Each time I have been to this store, I have experienced the same horrible behavior to other customers or myself. I have seen the staff yell at customers and ask if they know how to read simple instructions, and today I was told to be quiet and listen to what I was being told to do.As a customer and business owner, I too have had my fair shar of encounters, but there are professional and respectful ways to handling it. This group of staff have really made it a point to be horrible. I truly understand people have "off days" and not everyone is always happy, but please be decent humans. Is that so hard?I would really advise against stepping foot in this store. Go to Fedex down the road or USPS on Willis, but avoid this store at all cost.UPS needs to understand this store is the worst representation of their brand.

I had to return items from Amazon. I was told UPS accepted returns. I went in with my items not realizing I had to be prepared with the return code. I went to the Amazon app and fumbled a bit. Oh my goodness! I was treated with so much contempt by the man working there! Impatient, sarcastic, rude. I returned 1 item and left. I went elsewhereand finished my returns without having to deal with a bad attitude. Speaking of returns, I will never return to this UPS store!! No customer should have to put up with awful treatment.
