Went in today to purchase a few cards and as I approached the register the young proprietor stepped away from the register and said I will be back in a minute! I am not sure why he would elect to leave the store when a customer wants to make a purchase. I waited a few minutes for him to return and he started straightening up magazines. I said “Can I please pay for my cards?”. He replied in a minute and the. Started arguing with me! Clearly this shop doesn’t care about customer satisfaction or about making money. For a shopkeeper to leave a customer waiting at the register and leave the premises is simply rude. I have been in here before and the older gentleman is solicitous and accommodating. This young man has absolutely no business acumen or customer service skills. He is argumentative and demeaning—- “Saying in a minute dear....” Very bad experience! Lots of cards in CVS and Rite Aid, I will take my business elsewhere.

To the owner of stage cards..you should look on the next door app. You have one particular employee or family member literally ruining your business and reputation.
