I wish I could give this place zero stars. The owner has been completely rude to me and my mother. But we have still given this place a shot in the past. Three yearsOver the past three years, I've been working with them. The owner has been verbally aggressive towards me and my mother when we were dropping off my dog. And today is my final strawThe owner called to cancel the appointment. I made last week for this Thursday, claiming that my dog bites. I asked him why this had never happened before, and once I asked him why. He started to yell.And get super aggressive over the phone. If he treats his customers like this, I don't even want to know how he treats his employees. Don't do business here. The owner does not deserve any customers

The proprietors at Pampered Pet seem to think they can modify your instructions without speaking to you first. I brought a Himalayan cat in for a lower area grooming. Chest, belly and rear end. Told the woman specifically to leave the back and sides long. She wrote down the instructions. I come back to pick up the cat and his entire body is shaved. She modified my directions without calling me first. When asked why, she just stood there, dumbfounded I should question her actions. Not her cat, not her decision.

First and last time. Owner was disrespectful and rude to my fiance. I came into get Shiloh's nails done. They were literally worse after. Had to go to the Petco in Carle Place to have them fixed.

This was my first time taking my puppy to Pampered pet. They did such an amazing job with him that I didn’t recognize him lol. Thank you Joe and Pampered pet! I’ve already made an appointment for my other bernadoodle :-).

My wife and I took our golden doodle to this groomer, 3 times in the past and today again. Each time my self and my wife had extremely rude attitude from the Male Owner who grooms dogs.First of all, they use a piece of rope to take your dogs inside. when the dog resists, rope gets tighter and can even choke the dog.Today my dog scared from rope and jumped on their bench and i was extremely warned by this Male Owner stating that if dog breaks her legs in this bench he is not responsible. The wooden bench has gaps between and i told him it is dangerous for dogs legs and replace the bench, because dogs get scared and jump on it. He even became more rude, and told me that that's not for dogs and take off my dog immediately did not even give me a chance to move my dog.Overall, i would never recommend this place and using a choke rope is a safety issue.

Really not happy with the way he cut my dog's nails. We came in to get his nails cut and when we got him back, his nails were shattered. Had to go to Petco to get it fixed.

!!!!!!THEY BOTCHED MY FAMILY'S BERNEDOODLE!!!! Would give this place a 0 stars if I could. What they did to my poor baby is indescribable. My families bernedoodle is the happiest soul ever. He did not deserve what he got. He is super fluffy most of the time, and we brush him almost every day to eliminate knots. Last Tuesday, he came home from his haircut TRAUMATIZED. He was unevenly cut, with multiple scabs (one of which is pictured below). His genital area was not taken care of properly: some areas were completely bare, while some were still very fluffy. In addition, the hairs at the top of his head were uneven (also pictured below). I have also attached numerous photos of different bald spots that my dog received. The other day, we went in the car and took our bernedoodle, named Chase, with us. Chase is exceptionally behaved in the car. This was his first time in the car since the haircut, and he was shaking. We concluded that he thought we were taking him back to the Pampered Pets Establishment, and we calmed him down. Once we returned back to our house, he was fine again. So, in conclusion, if you want your dog to have PTSD, anxiety, and be traumatized for a week, then this is the place to take your dog! Pampered pets, I hope animal control SHUTS YOU DOWN FOREVER.

I wish I had took the time to look through the reviews before bringing my dog here for the nails trimmed. Please, do yourself a favor and read someof the allegations against this place, especially the ones about the dogs being drugged with sedatives. I brought my dog in this morning for a quick nail trimming. I immediately sensed something was off, but figured my dog will be in full view of me and it was just a nail trimming. The owner made very little small talk and seemed like something is off. He did not come across as a nice man or a person I'd trust with my animals. He also constantly screamed at the other dogs that were there.The place left me with a very bad, ominous feeling. I will not be going back and would implore anyone considering to read the negative reviews. There's some pretty serious allegations.

JOE did such a perfect job grooming my cockapoo. He listened carefully to everything I wanted and she just looks exactly like I hoped..thank you @pampered pet!

A great experience and wonderful job. I treated my pup to a puppy spa day at Albertsons. He looks beautiful and the service was exceptional. The staff and owner were wonderful and explained a lot of ways for me to maintain the grooming. The owner is a genuine dog lover and showed me pictures of his puppy. I’ll definitely be back!!!!

Bruh bruh bruh bruh bruh bruh bruh bruh bruh bruh bruh bruh bruh. The owner Joe gives off weird vibes. I surmise he has an inferiority complex. But boy does he do a good job of sucking my toes. 5 out of 7 stars. *chef kiss*
