I have been going to Little's Steve's for over 10 years and love the selection. I have also received many gifts from there including a beautiful ID bracelet from my husband recently. Steve and his staff are super helpful and very nice!

Hi Marcella. I am sorry that you felt the way that you did. We always tell our customers that there is a one month exchange policy. If you had even purchased the earrings two months ago, we would have happily exchange them. If you had called and said that you could not put the screw on the earring but were unable to return them in a timely manner, we would have worked with you. Being a very small independant business, I do not think that after 10 months, it is unreasonable to not take the earrings back. I am sorry you are unhappy with this outcome.

My mother took me to little steve's For the first time last week. It is the most amazing jewelry store! From the personal attention to the huge selection, I was extremely happy with the earings and necklace we had purchased. I recommend little Steve's to anyone looking for that special thing, or simply anything.

I had a terrible experience at Little Stevie's! I recently purchased a pair of screw back earrings there. I had not worn them. When I tried them on at home it was impossible to screw the back on! Therefore, we took them back to the store to exchange them for another pair of earrings. They said that we would not be able to return the earrings because there was a one month policy. My mom and I had no idea that when you buy earrings from there store that there was this type of policy. No one ever told us about it. My mom and I will never come back here again. If you want to buy a good pair of earrings, go to Tri County Jewelrs. They have a bigger and much better selection!
