i have only been to this place a few times. been ok the first few but after today i will never be returning. rushed my nails, shape came out awful. and gel polish was not fully dried due to them rushing and only have one uv lamp for my hand. asked for a spa pedicure for my boyfriend they did a regular pedicure (and finished in 3 minutes). even if he got a normal pedicure ok fine, but he was rushed and the service was bad. they also have limited color options and basically picked the color for me when i asked if they had others. told me i could come in at a certain time when i asked , knowing they had other appointments and not enough workers. it is not fair to the clients, & I will not be returning.Services: Manicure

I love the quality of the products they use at Crystal Nails. Everytime I get an SNS powder manicure here, my nails last for way more than a month. I've gone to other places where I need to go back in 2 weeks but Crystal is different. Sometimes their appointments are a bit messy with long wait times but I think it's worth it for the product quality. I would recommend!Services: Manicure

I have been going here along with my mother who I brought here for 6 years. I often get a 10 minute back massage. They ask me each time I come here if I want a massage. Today I was here for a gel manicure and a woman was here with her young son who was talking very loudly, laughing, asking for services running around the salon, and was being difficult. I understand this can happen. But I was coming here to relax and enjoy myself too. I came back to the store to tell the manager about my negative experience and she said there was nothing she could say or do. I politely asked if I could have a free 10 minute massage since I am a long time customer and she refused. 10 minute massage would have cost them 10 dollars to please a customer and keep them happy. You find out how good the Manager is when you have a problem. ... I will not be coming back here.

I’m all for a great manicure and pedicure. But this place literally up charges you to a ridiculous degree. It is just shameful. They never ask you if you want a massage or a callus remover or the more expensive polish. They just use products and never even tell you that they’re going to charge you. But when you ask them the price of whatever you’re getting, they tell you the base price. It’s hard to know what’s extra or what’s included because every nail salon includes different things with their manicures and pedicures. then the bill comes & they charge you a large amount and you’re like- oh how is it that price? Will definitely never be back. I can get the same polish down the block for 1/2 of the price.Services: Manicure

I'm a regular costumer to this Nail salon, and when I go to pay the lady at the cash register is asking me how much money I have in my wallet. They demand an excessive amount of tip in cash. I ask her if I could do it by card because I didn't have cash on me and she was basically yelling at me on how I have to tip her lady after I repeatedly said I would do it by card. I believe tip should be earned on how the job is done not being yelled at by the owner.

I’ve been coming here for the past six months. At first the service was great but as I became a regular they started making me wait longer, they would start my nails and go do someone else’s and I’d be there for 3-4 hours for just a manicure. It’s ridiculous.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I went here to get a mani and pedi, and this broad drops a whole bottle of black nail polish and it cracks on the floor and gets all over my brand new Gucci slides. D*** broad. Then she starts smirking and laughing for the rest of the time there and I'm lookin over like do u want that a** beat right now..?!?! D*** b***** Fast forward, 2 months later and my friend needed a mani pedi for a wedding the same night. This b**** paints her toes with some f***** up, watered down polish and the s*** literally crinkled up and peeled off hours later.. now u tell me, what the f*** kinda polish does that.. point being, don't go here. Worst. Place. Ever.

T H E W O R S T!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 2 years ago got the worst manicure of my life. The thickest powder gel ever obviously done by someone who was clueless on how to do it. My daughter insisted on going back to them because her friends love them. Well yesterday we had a family wedding, she paid $111 for a spa pedicure and gel manicure at 12:00pm at 5:00pm she slid her feet into her open toe slides and the polish on her 2 big toes slid completely off!!!! She showered before her pedicure so it wasn't a "hot water/damp polish" situation. With no time left she went to wedding big toe polish-less. By time wedding was over ALL polish on her toes was off!!! She went back to Crystal Nail and they said they would repolish tows (no thank you) so they chucked $10 at her and said that's the refund for the polish only. They did a pedicure and they weren't refunding that! Never again!!! Avoid at all costs!!!! Completely unprofessional!

This is the second time I've gone now to do my powder gel. They did such a good time the first time! They lasted almost a month! They also give really good massage while waiting for nails to soak and at the end! Only $35 and literally perfection! Highly recommend!

I've been going here for years and am always happy. I highly recommend using May as your nail technician. The prices are extremely reasonable and the space is clean.
